Stiles' Point Of View"Boy, good thing you drew me a picture." The tattooist said, referring to the picture Scott drew. Scott just grinned widely in response. "Hey, Scott. You sure you don't want something like this?" I held up an example of a tattoo which really reminded me of Jackson back when he was a kanima. He dropped his grin, looking at me. "Too soon?" I asked, glancing at the picture. "I don't know, man. Are you sure about this? These things are pretty permanent, you know?" I said, flipping through the map full of examples before closing it. "I'm not changing my mind." He responded. "Okay, but why two bands?" I ask him. "I just like it." Scott said, sticking with his choice. "But, don't you think your first tattoo should have some kind of meaning or something?"
"I mean.., getting a tattoo means something."
"I don't think that's.."
"He's right. Tattooing goes back thousands of years. The Thespian word tattoo means 'to leave a mark.' Like, eh, write a passage." The tatooist explained, interrupting me. "Yeah, you see. He gets it."
"He's covered in tattoos, Scott. Literally."
"Okay, you ready?" Scott nodded, clearing his throat.
"You, eh, don't got any problems with needles, do you?"
"Nope." Scott shook his head. Then the tattooist slowly placed the trilling needle by my best friend's arm. "I, eh, tend to get a little squeamish, so.." I studied the needle stabbing Scott's upper arm and soon fainted, falling down onto the floor.
After waking up from a terrible nightmare, i found myself on a tattoo shop's floor. As i stood up, i saw Scott's tattoo being finished off. I instantly remembered what was going on and shrugged off the thoughts of his nightmare. Once this tattoo of Scott's was finished, the tattooist kindly handed me a sack of cold ice to hold against my head.
Soon, we stepped inside of my jeep. I was holding the sack of ice against my forehead. "You okay?" I asked my best friend. "It kinda burns." He said, kinda stating the obvious. "Yes, you just got your skin stabbed a hundred a thousand times with a needle."
"Yeah, but i don't think it's supposed to feel like this." He said, soon juming up, groaning in pain. "Oh, God. No, it's defaintly not supposed to feel like this!"
"Oh no."
"I've got to take this thing off." He said, tugging at the bandage around his upper arm. "Oh, no. No, Scott. Please, stop." I begged for him to leave it on, looking away for a moment. Scott ignored me and unwrapped the bandages. "Whoa." My brows arched. "Oh, no..What?" Scott asked in confusion, watching his tattoo fade off of his skin. "It healed." The beta sighed out. "Ah, thank god. I hated it." I said, only to recieve a look from Scott. "Sorry." With that, we hit the road- Not literally.
We soon stopped at a red light, Scott talking. "Nah, we decided to give each other the summer, no texts, no calls."
"So, how'd you know she'll be back at school then?" I asked, looking over at Scott i noticed Allison sitting in Lydia's car. "After everything that happened.. I'm not sure if she's coming back at all." He sighed desperatly. "I think she is.. I'd say pretty definate, you know?" I gestured towards Lydia's blue car with a nod. "Like, one hundred procent." I once again repeated my gesture, making him look over at a smiling Allison. "Oh my god, oh." Scott tried hiding himself as Allison saw him. I looked out the window, seeing Lydia look at us. "Can we just drive, please? Stiles!" I looked at the red light, noticing it hadn't changed yet. "Scott, it's a red light. I think we should talk to her. Let's see what's she says so." I suggested. "No, no. Stiles, no!" Scott objected as i rolled the window down. "Hi! Hey!" I greeted them through the glass window. They soon just drove off. "You know, they probably didn't see us." I tried cheering Scott up. Once the red light faded and the bright green light appeared, i started driving again. "What are you doing?" Scott asked. "Driving" I stated the obvious. "We're right behind them." "Okay, well.. Do you see any turns?" I commented.
"I don't want to come over like we're following them."
"Well, what do you want me to do?"
"I don't know, anything!"
I hit the breaks, making my jeep stop driving. Soon, Lydia's car stopped driving as well. Me and Scott shared a look. After a moment i noticed something running towards the blue car. Scott and i quickly got out of my jeep as we saw Lydia's car getting wrecked up front, hearing several screams coming from there. "You okay?" Scott mainly asked Allison. "It came out of nowhere.." Lydia said in schock. "Are you hurt?" Scott asked Allison, only to be cut off by Lydia. "Where's Aria?" My eyes shot open when hearing her name.
"She's with you?"
