We're like Spaghetti and Spaghetti Sauce

RainbowDash's POV- so for the past month or so now, Twilight and Sunset have been joined to the hip. Like two peas in a pod. Now don't get me wrong that Twilight is reaching outside her determination level, I love that, I really do, but ... Rarity on the hand is a bit jealous at the fact that they are hanging out so much like they are now. Even though her heart "belongs" to applejack, and they aren't officially an item... But flirt all the time, this is gonna be hell until AppleJack returns from being with her family almost all summer vacation.

"I just don't understand it! I just don't!" Rarity whined to me as she paced back and fourth through Shy's TreeHouse. "Have you tried asking Sunset to hang out with her?" FlutterShy asked. "No!" Rarity shot back. "I don't get why your freaking out over this anyway. I mean.... Just chill Rares. It's not that serious." I said, we just normally sit back and watch rarity throw her little fits. And by we I mean me. It's pretty funny actually. "You know.... You just need to face the fact that twilight and sunset are gonna get even closer." I said. "Why the nerve of you Rainbow Dash! Honestly!" She said as she crossed her arms and turned away. "Aw come on... You'll be alright." I said as I snickered. "You... Like this girl but you don't know anything about her actually." Flutters said "let's get one thing straight, I don't like her. There's just something about her that I absolutely need to have." Rarity said. "So...you claim to be generous and stuff, why can't you be generous enough to give this girl to Twilight." I said "oh. Pfft. You are supposed to be loyal, why can't you be loyal to my decision?" She shot back. I admit that was a nice move. "Well played Lipstick, well played. But, Twilight needs this. She honestly does. Like...she's not getting anywhere with pinkie pie so..." I started "and what! You suggest she gets somewhere with someone new! I saw her first!" Rarity said. "So, Twilight clearly knew her longer and besides. Twilight told me that Sunset asked her to first hang out, if she liked you, I'm pretty sure she would've asked you first!" I said. Rarity was speechless. Of course, she's one of those types of girls where whenever you finally corner them with a weak spot you've got them good. "Whatever rainbow dash!" She said as she stormed off. "Oh Rainbow go apologize to her..." Flutters said "dude no, why should i?" I asked. "Because you guys are best friends and besides... You two go together like... L-like spaghetti and spaghetti sauce." She said as she smiled. I guess it was true... I shouldn't have been a bitch to her even though I was just simply stating the facts. She shouldn't have gotten pissy at that but she's a snobby little Princess so.. Whatdaya expect.

Rarity's POV- "Rainbow Dash is such a bitch." I thought to myself. Why did she have to say those things, like of course Twilight needs someone but I need someone too, applejack is going to be gone for a while and... I don't know how I'll manage. "Hey rares.. Can we talk for a sec?" Dash asked me. "Of course." I said slowly with w weak smile. "I just wanna apologize for those things I said earlier.." She said as she looked down. She sort of had a quieter tone that usual. And I most certainly know she wouldn't apologize over my pettiness... She hardly ever does it. "Oh apology accepted. It's quite alright." I said as I gave a fake smile. It clearly wasn't alright, I mean, I was still mad. She thinks she knows it all but she doesn't! "Alright, cool. So... You like sunset huh?" She asked. "Well...I don't have a reason to lie to you, but... I somewhat have a little crush on her." I said as I looked in her magenta colored eyes. "Alright, that's cool. It's cool." She said as she ran her fingers through the front her hair a bit and let it fall down slopingly. "Yeah it is..." I said as I looked away. "But what about AppleJack, you know that you like her. She knows that. Even i know that, hell, you guys have kissed before... So your gonna piss it all away for what? For a red head who's clearly into one of your best friends?" She asked. And she did have a point, I mean, i was only attracted to her looks, and not her personally. "I suppose you're correct. I guess I will let Twilight have this one. "Alright, tell FlutterShy goodbye for me, I must be off." I said as I quickly walked off.

*Later That Day*
Rarity's POV- *whilst watching television* hm... I don't know ... I want twilight to be happy but I don't know... I guess this would be a very generous act of me, but, I'm not so certain right now.. (HA!)
I must do something quickly... I need to act. So I get off the couch, head out the door, after checking myself, and head over to sunset's house, I knocked three times softly and loudly.

Sunsets' POV- "okay don't worry about getting the door." My mom shouted at me. Whoever it was obviously couldn't wait to get in they knocked over and over again, it was getting pretty annoying. "Don't worry ma! I got it!" I said as I went to open the door. When I open it I see Rarity standing in the door way. "Oh. Hey Rarity." I said. "Hi..." She said softly. "What brings you by?" I asked as I looked at my teal pajama pants. "Nothing really, I was in the neighbor hood and decided to say hi." She said as she turned her head off into the distance. It was odd for some reason for her to show up this late. "You stay like.. 3 houses down from me." I said as I bit the back of my tongue. "Right I do." She said. "Yea-" I was stopped by the feeling of rarity quickly pressing her lips to mine. I was in a complete shock, "I mean.. This was my ... Kinda almost girlfriend's, good friend." I thought to myself. As she moved her lips away she was blushing dark, making her soft pale face turn the same shade of red as on a fire truck. she tried to scurry away before I grabbed her hand. "Why?" I asked. "I needed to... I had to! You were on my mind day and night and I don't get wh-" I cut her off by kissing her, holding her hand tightly, rubbing my thumb across hers, softly and slowly. I don't know what came over me. I pulled away and let her hand go slowly. She was quiet, no one shared words. We looked each other in the eyes and she walked off my porch. As I watched her walk away I couldn't help but think how I could've possibly hurt twilight now.. I walk back inside, locking the door, pressing my back against it . "Who was at the door sweetie?" My mom asked. "Uh... No one.." I said as I gotten up and went into my room.... Silenced for the rest of the night only to ponder the thought of mine and rarity's lips clashing.
