------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Marshall woke up in his puphouse, excited for today. He had been eagerly anticipating this day for weeks now. Today is the day he was going to ask out his long-time crush, Everest. Ever since she became a member of the Paw Patrol, Marshall had always thought that she was a brave, strong, and intelligent pup. Whenever she would visit the pups in Adventure Bay, he would usually be the first one to greet her and strike up a conversation.

In fact, Marshall had even started taking extra training sessions to impress Everest with his skills. He had been practicing his firefighting techniques and agility, hoping to show her that he was a capable and dependable pup. But being the clumsy pup he is, Marshall often finds himself tripping over his own paws during training sessions. Everest would giggle at Marshall's clumsy moments, but she always admired his determination and effort.

It has been going on like this for several months now, until one night, Marshall finally realized something about himself. The way he looks at Everest. The way he gets butterflies in his stomach whenever she's around. The sound of her voice whenever she talks to him makes his heart race. Him going out of his way to impress her and make her smile. It was not until then that he realized that he may have developed feelings for the husky.

Marshall couldn't ignore the growing warmth in his chest whenever he saw Everest, and he found himself daydreaming about their future adventures together. Most of the time, he would try to get closer to her, even during the most challenging rescue missions. He would purposely volunteer to be her partner, hoping for a chance to spend more time with her and deepen their connection.

He didn't like how every time he saw her walk by or whenever she talked to him, he could never find the right words to express his feelings. Marshall wished that he was brave enough to tell how he felt for her, but fear and embarrassment held him back. Marshall often wondered if Everest felt the same way about him, but he couldn't gather the courage to ask her. He feared that confessing his feelings might ruin their friendship and make things awkward between them. He almost tried distancing himself from Everest to protect his heart, but he couldn't bear the thought of losing her completely.

That was until his best friend, Chase, stepped in after noticing Marshall's inner struggle. At first, Marshall was shocked and confused about how Chase knew about his feelings for Everest. Chase revealed that he had noticed the way Marshall looked at Everest and how he always seemed to light up when she was around. And all the extra stuff he had been doing for Everest lately, like going out of his way to help her or spending more time with her, didn't go unnoticed by him and everyone else. But luckily, Chase assured Marshall that he was there to support him and help him navigate his feelings for Everest. He even told him how he was able to open up about his feelings for Skye, and now they have become mates and are in a happy and healthy relationship.

Feeling confident, Marshall picked this exact day to confess his feelings to Everest. He had planned a romantic picnic at the beach during the sunset. As he walked out of his puphouse, he began daydreaming about the countless possibilities of what could happen once he finally expressed his love for Everest. He imagined the two of them retiring from their PAW Patrol duties and living a peaceful life together, exploring the world, and going on exciting adventures.

Marshall envisioned them cuddling by the fireplace on cold winter nights and supporting each other through thick and thin. Marshall couldn't help but feel a surge of hope and excitement as he thought about his upcoming declaration of love to Everest. He imagined her smiling face and the possibility of her reciprocating his feelings, filling his heart with warmth and joy.
