Tayawno's POV
Tears flow down my face as he throws me against the wall.
"Now to finish this!" He punches me in the face leaving a black eye. He punches me again and again it was all so fast. My vision started to go blurry. I lay on the ground and he says.
"Oh look isn't that cute...." He looks at my engagement ring. "Who would want to marry you?" He snickers.
"I have an idea let's make you relive the pain all over again." He pulls out his knife, the same one from all those years ago. And with it he reopens my scar across my face. I scream in agony. He wipes off the knife and puts it in its sheath. He punches me in the jaw and I spit blood onto the ground. I go to fight back but he kicks me in the chest causing me to loose my breath. My eye swollen I can hardly see anything. And the blood pouring down my face made it no better. I start to glow purple and I try to push myself up with my elbows. The last thing I saw was Kyoya running around the corner.
Kyoya's POV *A Few minutes before*
I look and look crying out her name. I hear a cry of agony and I follow it. It leads me right to Tayawno. I see a male leaning over her and he's about to punch her again and she's glowing purple. She points at him and mouths it's him. I snarl.
"If you want to live you best take your paws off my fiance." I roar and bare my fangs. He screams a little and turns around.
"Like you'll do anything." He smirks.
"Try me!" I growl.
"Ah so you must be the one who wants to marry this little whore." He drops her on the ground and she coughs up blood.
I snarl. "Don't call her that." He snickers.
"The truth hurts huh?" He kicks her in stomach.
"That's it!" I walk up to him grab him by the collar and punch him in the face. I slam him into the wall and continue to punch him. I pull out his knife.
"I believe it's time someone taught you a lesson." I pull the knife across his forehead spelling the word man whore.
"Maybe now you'll know not to mess with people." I punch him in the face again and hiss.
"If I ever see you come near her again. I will kill you." I throw him into the nearest trash cans. I run over to Tayawno.
"Tayawno, it's alright you'll be alright." A tear slides down my face and I push her hair out of her face.
"It hurts Kyoya." She says in a harsh whisper.
"It know." I caress her unscathed cheek. "You'll be alright. I'm here."
"Thank you for protecting me Kyoya."
"This is all my fault! I went only a few feet away from you and now here you are like this." A few more tears slide down my face.
"Kyoya it's not your fault. It just happened. It's alright." She weakly grabs my hand.
"This shouldn't have happened. I have to take you to Beylin Temple right away!" I pick her up bridal style she buries her face in my jacket and I hear her sob. I start running to Beylin Temple. The crowd gasps as I run through with a bloodied woman in my arms. I noticed the mid aged woman and her face was filled with tears. I bit my lip and tears go down my face. I continue running hoping I can save her.
Star's POV
I see Kyoya dart by with a bloody Tayawno in his arms. I shriek and run after them my eyes fill with tears and they fall down my face. As I run towards them I can hear Dashan's footsteps behind me. I hope she survives.....
