Chapter 37

After a while, Taehyung fell asleep on Jungkook's lap. Jungkook continued to work until his eyelids got heavy.

He decided to go to sleep so he picked Taehyung up and carried him to their room. He sat the boy down and went into the bathroom. As he got ready for bed, Taehyung woke up. When Jungkook lied down next to the boy, he rolled over to look at him.

"I thought you were asleep." Jungkook yawned, smiling at the boy.

"I'm too sad about you leaving." Taehyung frowned. "This is our last night sleeping together."

"Oh baby, it's gonna be ok." Jungkook sighed sadly, pulling Taehyung close.

"I'm gonna miss you so so so much, Kookie. I love you." Taehyung said, his lip quivering.

"Don't cry, sweetie. I love you too. More than you'll ever know." Jungkook soothed, giving Taehyung a kiss on the head.

The small boy yawned, nuzzling into his boyfriend's neck, breathing in his familiar scent.

"I'm gonna miss your cock." Taehyung snorted.

"I- what?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow, pulling back to look at the laughing boy.

"I had to say it." Taehyung shrugged, still giggling.

Jungkook sighed and shook his head. "You are one unpredictable boy."

"I love you, daddy." Taehyung stuck his bottom lip out, Jungkook kissing it in reply.

"I love you, babe." He smiled.

With that, the two fell asleep, snuggling close.

The next morning

Jungkook's alarm went off at 6:00 a.m. Namjoon wanted to be ready by 7. He slowly slid out a bed, trying not to wake Taehyung, but it didn't work. Taehyung lifted his head up, and looked at Jungkook with the most adorable and saddest pout.

"Kookie~" Taehyung whimpered, tears welling up in his eyes.

"Baby. Come here." Jungkook said, spreading his arms.

Taehyung flung out of bed and into Jungkook's arms, sobbing. "No d-don't go." He choked out.

"Ah- I don't want to, Taetae. I have no choice." Jungkook said, rubbing his back.

"No." Taehyung said, hugging Jungkook tighter.

"Listen, how about we spend our morning together until I leave." Jungkook said, pulling out from the hug and looking at the crying boy.

"O-ok." Taehyung stuttered, still crying a little.

Jungkook grabbed his hand and lead him to the kitchen. Taehyung sat down on a stool and put his head down, beginning to cry again.

"Aww~ Tae. It's ok. Baby." Jungkook said, leaning across the counter and lifting Taehyung's chin.

He wiped the boys tears and kissed his nose, telling him everything will be ok. Jungkook tried to get the boy to eat but he just couldn't. Taehyung was just so sad.

Jungkook felt shattered. He didn't want to go on the trip anymore. "Eat for me, baby." He whispered, placing a strawberry against the boys lips.

Taehyung shook his head. "I'm not hungry."

Jungkook sighed, scooping the boy up and carrying him back to their room. "Wanna help me choose an outfit?"

Taehyung frowned, flopping into his pillow. Jungkook sat down on the bed next to Taehyung, pulling him onto his lap.

"Listen baby, I know it's hard but you gotta learn how to live without me. It's only a week. You can be with Jimin, Hobi, and Yoongi." Jungkook explained, stroking the boys hair.
