10 years later: Author pov It's been 10 years since a lot of changes have happened in their life. Not only time changes but also people do. Vivaan and Ishaani completely lost their bonding, which shattered her and people around her, the only ones she has right now is Abhi , rooh and her brother Aathi. She has achieved what she dreamt for , becoming a cardeo surgeon. Along with that she is now the managing director of Singania group of hospitals. Her character is changed she became more silent and quite and the only people she share everything is Aathi abhi and rooh. They have been along with her all these years. After a couple of years after the incident of separation she stopped calling or texting him because she never got a reply. Her brother has completed his business studies 5 years before and returned to India to look after his father's company. All these years ishaani has lost all belief in love... Now she is the other Ishaani who don't want anyone except her family and friends. Aathi was very supportive to his sister and understood all her problem. In these 10 years no one ever dared to mention his name to her. She dint hate him she jus lost him.

"Aathi" yelled Ishu "Kya hai"replied Aathi with a sulking face "Come down"she said Aathi came down with sleep drifting in his face Ishaani explained to him that today he has to pick her as it will be late tonight and her car is going to service "Fine...." He slept on the couch there
After reaching the hospital "Good morning mam" the staff wished "Morning" she said with a attitude. In hospital she doesn't pay to much of the things until there is a mistake . She gets soooper angry that they r afraid to even raise the head "What's my schedule for today" she asked "You have got 5 surgery today mam and all the patients are ready, the first one will be in an hour while we check their body once again before entering" the staff said "Fine" she replied focusing on the medical reports.
It's been 45 min and she is now in the cleaning zone for srub and then she'll do the operation for a small boy.
The Operation was very successful just like her reputation. She was tired and went to her cabin to take a nap. And she had following surgeries. Her day went to like that .....
On the other side it's Vivaan, Asia's top businessman. He created his own reputation in the society with his hard and smart work. He's been a workaholic and is heartless and ruthless in his business field but his soft spot for his family. He has lost a lot in this journey of achieving his dreams.
