(Long) Authors note:
So basically, I'm not sure I even want to continue this book. Like, I'm not really proud of it. I started it sometime ago, when I wasn't doing very well. But now, I'm fine and kind of optimistic. Plus, I also feel like I'm somehow promoting mental illnesses?? I just don't know. But yeah. I also wanted to share this amazing app with you! It's called the Vent app. It's something I'd actually recommend for everyone. The community there is extremely supportive and kind. It's a place you can go and feel like somebody actually cares. You know? It's really great. Also, it's available for both Android and IOS. So, I hope you download it and find it helpful in someway.
