I think this is a self fulfilling prophecy
The fear of embarrassing myself
Because it's pretty embarrassing
Standing around, not knowing what to say.
It's always been this way
I've always been this nervous,
Afraid of saying something wrong
So I never talked at all,
Uncomfortable silence it was.
And I don't know how to change it,
I don't know how to get a self esteem,
That isn't as low,
As the hole
I want to be hiding in.
Nothing changes,
It'll always be there
The reason I hate me,
My self fulfilling prophecy.
This was also inspired by a song. The song is named „Murphy's Law". It's written by Madeline Juno.
