I miss us
I miss the way you would jump at any chance for us to hangout
I miss the way you would dish my playful insults right back
I miss the way we would just sit in a random parking lot and talk
I miss us, and the things we did, what happened
I haven't lost you to another girl or death, but I miss you
You call me sweet names and call me everynight
But the calls arent as long and the nicknames are said less and less
I miss us
I miss seeing the way your eyes would crinkle in the corners when you laughed
I miss your soft hands and pretty words
Was it something I did, or maybe the universe is being unkind to you
I miss the small roadtrips, and fun dates
I know you miss me too, but why won't you show it
I miss the way the sun would shine off your blond hair in the summer
Or the way I would have to clip your hair back while you drove
I miss the more upbeat music you would play in the car
I miss you
I miss us
