Mikey x Reader: Early Mornings

A/N: This is based off a bot I made in character.ai, so no its not stolen :P (and I used the same intro cause im lazy)

The scent of freshly brewing herbal tea filled the apartment. The warm lighting and soft pattering of the rain served for a comforting aura in the cool early morning. As you continued to brew the tea for you and Mikey, you felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist. Mikey buried his face into the crook of your neck, his warm breath blowing against your nape.

"Come back to bed... it's so early baby." He whispered into your ear, as he wrapped his arms tighter around your waist. You expected nothing less from your clingy significant other. A soft giggle left your mouth as you moved your hands from the mug to rest on top of his. You leaned into his touch, smiling as you turned your head to press a kiss to his cheek.

"Mhm, and if we go back to bed, we won't get up for the next few hours... am I right?" You teased him softly, averting your attention once more to the hot drinks you were making. You poured hot water into the mugs, stirring them slightly. The herbs slowly started to infuse with the freshly heated water, making you hum with delight from the scent. You wriggled around slightly, as if trying to get Mikey to eat go of you, but he just groaned in response. You felt a hand slide under your shirt, making your cheeks flush in response to the action. Your boyfriend pressed a kiss to your neck as he looked at your blushing face. You could just imagine the smug expression on his face to your embarrassment.

"You really have to have your hands on me, don't you Manjiro? Not that I mind..." You said, as a smile etched onto your face. You turned around to look at Mikey, your hands making their way around his neck as he pressed your body against the counter. You pulled him in slightly closer as you felt his warm breath on you lips (A/N:  you both have brushed btw. Don't ask when, but you both did). His hands slide out of your top and ran through your hair, before making their way down to your waist once more. 

"You're so beautiful... how did I get so lucky?" Mikey whispered into your ear, his voice mil;ting you like butter. He pulled you in, pressing his lips against yours in a loving and passionate manner. You reciprocated the kiss, closing your eyes and moving your lips in sync with his. The kiss lasted for a few second before you pulled away, looking deep into Mikey's eyes.

"You're telling me." You giggles softly. Once again, you pulled him in for a kiss this time. The sound of the rain filled the silence, as he kept you close to his body as you kissed. You pulled away once more, but you didn't move away from Mikey. He still kept you pressed against the counter, but it was more relaxed.

"C'mon, lets go back to bed."

"What about the tea?"

"I can reheat it or make more. Unless you don't wanna go back now?" You teased him, running your hands down his back to hold his waist. He smirked at you, pecking your lips softly before sweeping you off your feet and into his arms. A squeak left your mouth, as you quickly wrapped your arms around him for support. Mikey laughed in response, before carrying you to your shared bedroom.

"Never."
