Melody's POV

As I walked into the local tavern I looked around to see people chilling, with no fights and no drunks, well yet. I walked up to the counter to order a small bottle of rum, one of my favorite drinks. I've been drinking it since I was 17 but that's because I grew up sailing with my Father and older brother.

"Well, well well, who do we have here?" A man asked as he walked towards my way, his hands in his pockets and smirking. I glanced in a good mood but did not smile at him up and down. He had blue eyes, blonde hair, and some tattoos.

I heard him smirk again as I took a drink of rum, this time he was walking up to me "What are you doing here all alone?" He asked, " I've come here to get a drink." I said looking at him, he seemed a bit familiar. He looked to be in his 20s like me but a bit older.

"You must be new here because I don't recall seeing you around." He continued looking at me with suspicion "Oh, is that so?" I asked not caring. He grabbed my shoulder, firmly but also gently "Well I don't come here often. I've just come here for a drink and to find my brother."

"Oh, really?" He looked at me with a small frown but his eyes said that he had a plan, "Yeah, now have you seen him? I won't ask again." I said boldly not backing down, " No, I haven't. But are you sure I can't convince you to stay?"

He asked, smirking 'I know I've seen him before.' I thought as I looked into his eyes then it hit me " Wait a minute, aren't you Aleksander, my brother's enemy?"

A grin crawled onto his face "Sweetheart, I have a lot of enemies you're going to have to be more specific." "Mad-Eye Max has one eye and a short temper."His grin turned into a devilish smile "My, my...aren't you a smart little girl."

I grabbed my drink and took a sip "You better be careful," I said with a small smile looking at him clearly that I was not scared. "You are an intriguing young woman."

I chuckled "Careful, most men that say that to me end up going to Davy Jones's locker faster than they can say Parlay." He chuckled, " I'm no ordinary man." "Oh, how so?" I asked intrigued

"Well, first of all, most men can't say things like that to a woman without getting a slap or two." He started "True, How do you know if I won't slap you, and two? I raised an eyebrow

"Sweetheart, If you were to slap me you would have already done it, and two I don't get scared of women." I smirked, "Aren't you afraid I'll slit your throat?" He looked at me up and down. "You're very brave, I admire that, and I told you I don't get scared of women." He smiled

"You're brave enough to talk to me like this?" I chuckled, "I'm a pirate captain, talk is the least of my worries." "And you think I'm just a regular pirate?" I asked as I smiled "You look like one, are you saying you're not a pirate?"

"Oh, I'm a pirate and not just any regular pirate. I'm a captain, and the Daughter of Captain Jack Sparrow."
