Deadlox's POV
I neatly put my shoes on the the rack and put my backpack right next to the wooden table which had glass on it. "Looks like Sky likes you, of course as a friend." Tina said while washing the dishes. I just sighed and collapsed on the couch. "Go to sleep, I'll wake you up in an hour." My eyelids were already droopy. I immediately fell into a dreamless sleep.
Sky's POV
I put down my pencil and sighed. I was lucky enough to get into this school. Nobody would ever go near me if they knew who my dad was. My dad was Herobrine, the evil murderer of kids and other people. But I'm telling you, all of these are just rumors. Murderer of kids? I'm just glad that my friends don't know about him, or else they would tell EVERYBODY at school. Then me and my dad would have to relocate again. My dad was currently in his secret room with his friends.
I sighed again and looked out the window, admiring the beauty. My mind went straight to Deadlox and I remembered how nice he was. Maybe he could keep a secret? But then again anyone I tell could backstab me so I had to be careful of who I tell. I told my old 'friends' and they blabbered on and on, ranting about me being a cursed kid and they blurted it out to EVERYONE in the school. I decided to take a nap because I was thinking to hard.
Deadlox's POV
"Deadlox wake up." I groaned and opened my eyes slowly. I blinked and saw Tina shaking me awake. I rubbed my eyes and sat up, stretching. I took my backpack and starting doing homework. After 15 minutes I was done and Tina put some cookies and tea on the table. Someone knocked on the door and Tina went over to open it. Nix was standing at the door and went inside not saying a word then collapsed on the couch.
Wow, rude. But then again he always stays outside for 19 hours. I took a cookie and ate it, putting a hand under my mouth. I know how Tina reacts when there is just one speck of crumb on the floor. I was probably getting into a habit for the same thing. I wasn't really hungry so I went upstairs into my room and fell asleep, getting ready for the next day.
