Two and a Half Months have passed since Riley unleashed his fury upon someone who had dared harm someone dear to him, bringing back to the moments where he was helpless to help his Mother, Summer Rose. With the stress that he was going through, stacked with the emotional strain on his mind, his body had forced him into a comatose state to heal. A lot has happened in that time.
Satsuki had begun her plan to take over the other academies across Japan, where the battle would reach its conclusion in Osaka. Ryuko managed to recover rather swiftly despite being stabbed in the back though she figured it was luck. She as well as the other girls and her friends were worried sick for Riley. Soon she would get ready to go get the pieces of Senketsu back after learning that Satsuki had sown the pieces onto the new uniforms to give them a boost in the battle. Before she left however, she had an unexpected meeting with Riley's Family, Jonathan and his Demonic Wives. Modeus, Azazel and Lucifer immediately went towards Riley worried sick for him. The other demon girls did what they could to keep Riley comfortable. Jonathan would soon explain who they are and why they were there. Apparently, when Riley had unleashed his fury, it was felt throughput the entire planet, even going as far as being felt in both Heaven and Hell. Until Riley woke up, they were not leaving his side. Though they were happy to meet Riley's harem (Ramia, Ryuko, and Uraume) as well as his friends (Omiko, Mako, and Maiko), they wished it was under better circumstances.
After Ryuko restored Senketsu and put a stop to the invasion, she alongside Mako would be invited by Mikisugi into the Nudist Beach HQ. She couldn't believe that it was actually real. Soon Mikisugi discussed Senketsu true purpose and the revelation would piss of Ryuko. They saw him as weapon to be used instead of an individual. It was also at this time that someone agreed with her. When she turned to see who spoke, she was speechless. Standing at the door, wearing his sandals and lab coat, was Isshin Matoi. Her Father. She immediately hugged him, happy and confused to see him alive. Isshin would pat her head and explained how a boy with a blindfold had brought him back as a favor to his friend. Ryuko knew exactly who he was talking about and would give Riley the biggest kiss when this was over. She would also tell her Father that she was dating said boy. This put a smile on Isshin's face, seeing that she was happy. They then got to planning on taking down the one behind it all, Ragyo Kiryuin.

They then arrived at Honnouji Academy to take the fight to her and Satsuki to end this once and for all. But they would be surprised when Satsuki had just stabbed her Mother in the back and stated that the purpose of Honnouji Academy was to build an army that would take her and her plans down, so that they may save humanity. However, things would not go as planned. Revelations would also be revealed, as it turned out that Ragyo was actually Ryuko's Mother. Also meaning that Satsuki was Ryuko's older sister. With the shock of this reveal leaving her frozen in shock, Ragyo began to get the upper hand. She unleashed the COVERs, sentient clothing that consumed the audience there and creating an army of super soldiers. Mako, Maiko, and Omiko as well as the other Mankanshokus, minus Mataro, would be victims of said COVERs. Meanwhile, seeing the danger that was occurring, Jonathan helped get Riley to safety while his wives helped save as many people as possible. Modeus and Azazel stayed to look after Riley as he slept. Satsuki then unleashed her last resort after having lost and had her kamui taken away and ordered everyone to retreat. She then took out a detonator and pressed the button, causing the entire courtyard to blow up. This distraction bought the elite four to get away with as many people as they could. Though Satsuki would be captured and imprisoned as a result. Ragyo then had the COVERs scour all of Japan and when she dealt with all Resistance, she would have the life fibers consume the world, destroying it.
