Magpiepaw trotted along the dirt pathway that led from her camp. Her clanmates spent many moons making this.
Redmist has been gone for a while, her clan has been searching for her the day that she vanished.
Magpiepaw stepped out of the pathway and into the soft green grass.
"Redmist!" She yowled.
No answer.
"Redmist!" She yowled once more.
Then she heared scrapping against a rock that was nearby.
One of her clanmates was just climbing the rock.
"Have you seen redmist?" Magpiepaw asked the cat climbing the rock.
"Yes!" She answered. "Get the leader" Sorrelfrost ordered her apprentice.
Magpiepaw nodded and raced back to camp, following the dirt pathway.
"Stumpystar!" Magpiepaw yowled and she raced into the camp. The warriors stared at her in confusion.
"Sorrelfrost found Redmist!"
Stumpystar walked out of his den and faced the apprentice.
"Where?" She asked.
"I don't know but my mentor found her" she replied.
Magpiepaw led the way out of the camp. And halted infront of her mentor.
"Stumpystar I found her" Sorrelfrost said.
"Bring me to her" the leader said impatiently.
The three cats walked through the grass and towards a large and pointy rock.
Redmist lay their, her tail stuck.
"She is sleeping?" Magpiepaw was confused.
"She go her tail stuck" Sorrelfrost said to the confused apprentice, but she was confused as well.
"Wake up!" Magpiepaw yelled to Redmist.
Redmists fur bristled and she woke up, her eyes wide with shock. Redmist leaped into the air but her stuck tail made her fall right back onto the ground.
"Magpiepaw" Sorrelfrost hissed.
The leader glared at the apprentice.
"Sorry" Magpiepaw lowered her head.
Redmist was still laying where she has fallen. Her eyes were full of shock and showing the white rims.
"Redmist are you alright" Sorrelfrost lowered her head.
"Traitors..." Redmist quietly said, her fur still bristled.
"Aren't we gonna get her out" Magpiepaw flicked her tail toward the large rock.
"You to calm her down, I will get more warrior" Stumpystar ordered the two, before running back to the camp.
Magpiepaw stood still, she was unsure of what to do.
"Should we just move the rock" Magpiepaw turned her head over to where sorrelfrost was comforting the Medicine cat.
"No" she quickly responded.
Magpiepaw did not know how to comfort others. Especially if it was a warrior.
Then they saw Stumpystar. Along with, Pouncepaw, redmists apprentice. Raven song, and cherryleap.
Once the warriors all caught up. They all lined up infront of the rock.
"Ready everyone" Stumpystar said.
The warriors nodded.
"Yes!" Magpiepaw sqeaked.
"Push" The leader ordered.
The warriors all pushed the rock untill Redmists tail was free from its grip.
"Your free!" Sorrelfrost told the terrified the Medicine cat.
She continued to just lay their, not moving.
Pouncepaw gently poked Redmist on the shoulder.
"AHHHHHH!!!" Redmist screamed. Instantly flopping over on her belly, then she unsethed her claws.
The cats all backed up, trying to avoid redmists scratching.
Then Redmist flung into the air and finally got to her paws.
The cats around her, gazed at Redmist in shock. What happened to the Medicine cat.
Her apprentice pouncepaw, walked over to her and rested her tail on her shoulder to comfort the terrified cat.
"Shouldn't we bring her back to camp" Magpiepaw suggested, stepping forward a bit.
"Wait untill she calms down" Pouncepaw said quietly, not to scare Redmist.
"Everyone let's go, let pouncepaw handle this" Stumpystar rased her tail to alert the patrol to move.
"Ravensong stay here" she added right before walking.
Ravensong nodded and stayed behind with pouncepaw and Redmist.
The cats began walking the dirt path, crossing a nearby patrol that had, Addersnap, Hazeleye, Crookedpounce and Morningleap.
"Do you think Redmist will be okay?" Magpiepaw worried.
Sorrelfrost thought before replying with "I'm sure"
