Do you believe in alternate universes? Well the story where this takes place is in an alternate universe I call Universe 1700. I am Mystic Morgan, I am the god of this universe and I decide how everyone's story is to be written.

In Universe 1700 there is a planet known as planet tubby. This planet is a lot like earth except it has orange grass, trees, bushes and various other plants. Another difference planet tubby has from earth is that the ocean water and sky is purple instead of blue. Instead of humans the planet is full of creatures known as teletubbies.

Teletubbies are creatures that are somewhat similar to humans but also very different at the same time. While they do speak English they have their own special way of saying hello, Eh oh. While they can get injured like us they have different blood cells that work differently and thus their blood is blue instead of red. Teletubbies also have fur all over their bodies and a gray rectangle on their stomachs that glow into a light blue color whenever they're ready to fight.
Our story begins with the white police chief tubby chasing a wanted teletubby criminal. The tubby police captain is called Walten and the orange criminal is named Bill.

Bill is a teletubby who likes to destroy expensive stuff that belongs to other Teletubbies because when he was a tiddlytubby (young teletubby) he grew up with a very poor family. They were so poor they could barely afford school for him and whenever they were able to afford school for Bill he got made fun of because all the other tiddlytubbies had rich families and called him the poor tubby. One unfortunate day Bill's parents were hit by a car (or a motor roller as they called them on planet tubby) so Bill was all alone and sadly he didn't have much luck getting a job and so he was eventually kicked out of his house for not paying rent and started living on the streets. It was then he thought to himself if he can't have nice stuff no one can, and so he became the criminal that he is today.
