In the orc club room an emergency meeting has been called in the morning

'president I think you should add Issei Hyoudou to the peerage' advised kiba

'and why might that be kiba' said rias

Kiba informs them off what happened inside the dungeon the day before whilst reminiscing.

Kiba chases Issei into the dungeon and sees multiple steel jaw lycan riders (Large wolves with red fur and a metal jaw with two giant K9 teeth, with goblins mounted on them) disembodied on the ground

Skill: enhance (level 2), has been activated

All attributes and skill efficiency have increased by 20%

Skill: dominant gaze (level 3), has been activated

Influences fear for 3 minutes
Creatures with intelligence over 20 become unable to lie and any deception skills are revealed

Kiba follows a trail of bodies to find Issei surrounded by three steel jaw lycans.
As kiba is about to rush and help Issei he sees

Issei grabs one by the mouth and swings it into another, he then impales the seconds head with the firsts jaw, then summons a short sword from his inventory and pins lycan one and two together killing both.

And with that the two commences in race to gain mana crystals until they reach the boss room

'Right' agreed kiba as he dodged under a slash from the boss, then swinging his sword at the boss's other arm, barely damaging it's wrist as the boss stumbles back in a attempt to dodge.

As the boss backs away from kiba, Issei lands a crossing slash on its back with a pair of white serrated gauntlets with blue accents.

As the boss swings its head to look at Issei the two boys through a roundhouse kick each sending the boss flying into the wall creating a cloud from the debris.

As the two begin to walk over to each other, the boss charges out of the smokescreen and shoulder bashes kiba into the wall with enough force to break his leg and shatter his sword from kiba's attempted block.

The boss appears in front of Issei and pierces his stomach with one of its claws and uses its other claw to fling Issei across the room.

The boss slowly walks towards Issei, as Issei whispers something to himself as he slowly rises to his feet 'accept reward: status recovery'.

As Issei fully regenerates from all previous damage and fatigue his eyes gain a faint glint of red and blue each.

Seeing a perfect opportunity kiba creates an ice sword and stabs it into the ground creating a layer of ice that traps the boss's legs then arms.

Skill: Critical chain has been activated
Unleash a series of attacks that deal increased damage

As the boss turns its head in kiba's direction Issei dashes to the boss unleashing a barrage of attacks that shatter every bone the boss had finishing with a hole in its chest and its crushed heart in Issei's hands.

Issei gathers the rewards and mana crystals, then he helps kiba out of the dungeon and brings him to a hospital.

After kiba is treated with some mana crystal technology and devil magic kiba is now perfectly fine there walking home (don't question it)

'so how did you make that sword of ice out of nowhere kiba?' question Issei

't-that w-was a-a unique skill I got when I became a hunter' sputtered out kiba 'it let's me create different types of swords, what about you Issei those gauntlets came out of nowhere' questioned kiba to change the subject.

'those er it's something similar to your ability' lied Issei to drop the subject

As they notice where they are they say their goodbyes and head home.

Flashback end

Rias gave a heavy sigh as she had advised her peerage not to go into any rank gates alone.

'Kiba please try and bring Issei here as soon as he can we don't have much time before his visit' ordered rias

As kiba approached the door to get Issei rias had asked one last question 'so kiba who won that little bet of yours'

With a small sigh of defeat kiba replied 'issei won by a landslide' he then left to find Issei.

In Issei's and kiba's classroom

'I'm sorry, but I'm going to be busy till next monday so I'll drop by then' said Issei in a slightly regretful tone.

'alright Issei I'll let the president know' said kiba as he leaves to inform rias.

Issei closes his eyes as he thinks about the item he unlocked the night before.

Using the twin dragon key Issei unlocks the skills and forbidden form that he gained with the sacred gear items.

Issei raids multiple gates of various ranks as he trains with the new items he unlocked, learning the dragon shot skill and half dimension skill. He does this till the day he said he'd drop by the orc.
