For me, if we don't get out of our comfort zone, how can we achieve our ideal selves?
Think about your ideal self. If you stay in your comfort zone, can you achieve it?
In my experience, I was happy in my room and always wanted to stay there because I felt uncomfortable being around other people because I had been bullied or insulted. I also always waited until class ended so I could go home, and even when my friends asked me to hang out, I always said that I was not free because I had a lot to do.
In my high school life until I started senior high school, I was not good at talking or communicating, and it was very hard for me until I experienced shaking and stuttering. Many thoughts came to my mind: What was happening to me? until I realized in myself that, until I was 17 years old, I was always alone and wanted to be by myself. I always stayed at home and didn't want to get out because I was happier with myself instead of hanging out with other people.
When I started having anxiety, I didn't go to school; my parents talked to my teacher, and I did home study. That's when I realized that I can't be alone in my life; I still need other people, and I need to get comfortable being outside my comfort zone because I won't be brave and strong if I stay here. These thoughts come to my mind: "I CAN'T SEE MY TRUE POTENTIAL WHEN I STAY IN MY COMFORT ZONE," and I said to myself, I shouldn't stay weak. I want to be the best for myself and for other people.
I NEED TO GO OUT AND EXPLORE IN THE REAL WORLD, NO MATTER WHAT, AND I KNOW I CAN SURVIVE BECAUSE OF PEOPLE I MET AND FAMILY WHO SUPPORT ME BECAUSE IN THE END, REMEMBER THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO LOVE US AND SUPPORT US, SO KEEP FIGHTING!
Now that I am in college, I am very thankful because I trained outside my comfort zone and met true friends who support me.
