A girl holding an umbrella sat on a random rooftop overseeing a fight between delinquents; not too far yet not too close, she watches the tall black haired male beating up the blonde haired male who's a bit shorter than him,it was like a fighting ring for middle schoolers specifically delinquents.
"Ah... Blondie's gonna loose" she mumbles as she fiddles with her pocket watch from time to time, she knows slacking on a job is bad but hey it's her break time and Dazai influenced her to slack off from time to time.

Then the fighting stop as a tall blonde young man with a dragon tattoo and a short light blonde male which has a notable laid back face enters the so called fighting ring but of course [name] sighs and stops watching thinking that it'll only be stupid enough to fight just to prove one's strength in a useless and harmful way.

Now it is evening The blonde young delinquent named Hanagaki Takemichi with his girlfriend Tachibana Hinata are currently watching the fireworks on the rooftop of the appartement complex.Then Takemichi thought he held Hinata's hand but when he turns to face Hinata he is greeted by Naoto who he held hands with disappointed and embarrassment but alas! Takemichi returned back to the future timeline disappointed that his moment with Hinata ruined.

Then Takemichi started to tell everything and so on and so forth but Naoto is pissed or in lighter terms very angry at Takemichi that why didn't he killed Sano Manjiro A.K.A Mikey the short blonde hair young man with the laid back face but then Takemichi reasoned that something happened that made Sano Manjiro a bad person in the future and so the two males agreed to find another way to change the past to save Tachibana Hinata from getting killed/murdered.

"Naoto,how did you know or get the ability to time leap?" Takemichi asked
"I don't have the ability to time leap, only you can do that and besides...I don't even know it myself" Naoto confessed "then how does it work? Like a contract? Trade? Magic" Takemichi began to ask him a ton of questions until...

"Dear me so this is where my pocket watch led me?" An adult woman dressed in a dressed shirt with a bolo tie as well as a matching black blazer and pants,her h/c is now tied into a long loose braid and stands between the two crossing her arms

"M-Miss Yanagi!? What are you doing here!? And most importantly how did you know where I live?" Naoto says in disbelief after all Yanagi [name] is Naoto's senior "the pocket watch led me here silly" then [name] turns to Takemichi "so you're the time leaper..hmm" [name] takes a good look at Takemichi "you look pathetic" [name] bluntly says and Takemichi's ego was hurt by her response "well then allow me to introduce myself,Yanagi [name] tokyo's greatest detective" she says shaking Takemichi's hand "Um...Miss Yanagi how did you know about the...time leaping thing?" Takemichi asks [name] "because my pocket watch reacted to it, you see this pocket watch has a...unique ability so as the acting time keeper I kept this pocket watch for safety purposes," she then pointed at Naoto and Takemichi
"Then the pocket watch reacted to you two which means you two have a strong desire to go back to time or a longing to go back in time" she explains leaving Takemichi confused and Naoto wanting to know what is a time keeper.

"Then...me and Naoto have abilities now?" Takemichi ask confused
"Yes but it's only temporary since the desire will fade if the deed is done and also..." [name] faces Naoto "Tachibana-kun you're the hand shaker which means you're the only one who can transport this pathetic man to the past and also do observe this timeline since you'll be the one to witness it" [name] gave Naoto a pat on the back while Takemichi ego was struck again by her nicknames "you know I have a name and it's Hanagaki Takemichi..." Takemichi said with a sweat dropped "oops! My bad and also"
[Name] looks at Takemichi seriously
"Do tell past me you're from the future... it'll be a great benefit" [name] says "sure but...are you sure you're past self is going to believe me?" Takemichi asks "just do it, Tachibana-kun time for the handshake" [name] says and Naoto shook Takemichi's hand and the. Passed out

"Miss Yanagi...why do you know all of this?" Naoto asks and [name] faces him with a smirk on her face
