The Morning in the Kalos Region, We see our Hero Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town from Kanto Region, Sleeping in the warm bed of Pokemon Center along with his buddy Pikachu and on his right the water Pokemon Prince Manaphy sleeping while cuddling to his Pokemon Master wannabe Papa.
As the Sun Ray's hit the window's it forced Ash to open his Eye's and with a 'yawn' Ash woke up from his slumber and stretches his arm's. He saw his buddy Pikachu woke up as well.
Ash: Morning Bud, How was your sleep?
Pikachu: Pika Pi.
Ash: Yeah, Let's Manaphy up as well, Beside's we got lot do today and I got a call May after Breakfast.

After that Ash went to Train Himself and his Pokemon, The training he did with his Pokemon lasted for 3 hour's. After that went back to his room Brushed his Teeth and took a nice hot Shower then he came out of the shower and looked in the mirror, Ash looked in the Mirror staring at his own reflection and looking at his physic all these year's of travelling and training did really did good from him. He remembers when first stared as as Rookie, his arm's were like noodle's with no what so ever muscle but now he is Toned and Lean as hell and his Arm's packed quiet a muscle and Sexy six pack abbs.
