"Did you hear about the new amusement park down at xxx street?" Sakura leans in while whispering.

"Yeah, I heard about it through my tuition friends. They say its the fun of the century but we all knows they are just exaggerating."  Shizuko says, using her finger to push up her glasses.

"An Amusement park near our school? You ask, a smile touching your lips.

Ever since the camp, life has returned back to its boring usual schedule. Due to the exams approaching, everyone had been occupied with forced self study serious at school.

Your dass was assigned in the library, which was the best place to study. There were enough cubicles with a computer for everyone but you had opted for a table since Satura insisted on group study.

"Aren't the ticket's really pricey?" Misaki whispers.

"Nah, I just checked it online. Since it is still brand new, the tickets are at a low price. It's some marketing strategy I guess. Shizuko says.

"Well then, it's decided! We are gonna celebrate the end of our exams by going to the Amusement park! You whisper-yell, enthusiastically.

You pulled out your phone and texted Sotaro to which he responded with a thumb's up emoji. You smiled, exhaling air out through ur nose. That response is just like him.

You then texted Hinata, to which he immediately replies back with a pic of him with an open book and a pen balancing on his lips as his hands are rested on his chin. He was winking while his index and thumb held his chin. You scoffed and called him an idiot. Under the picture he sends (づ￣ ³￣)づ emoji to which you reply back with a snap of the girls and you pretending to study. You smile as he likes the picture.

Well the last person to text was Usui. You wished you had just created a group of all of you instead to avoid texting him personally. You haven't spoken to him since camp. You thought that he would text you after Misaki broke up with him, but he remains passive. It pisses you off that he's trying to avoid you. You regret slapping him, though he still deserved to be taught a lesson. You gave him and yourself time to forget what was happening but it's been weeks now and you can definitely say he was avoiding you.

"Can one of you text Usui about the plan?" You asked the 3 girls sitting with you. You notice them glancing at each other and Misaki shaking her head ever so slightly.

"Sorry! Battery dead."

"The teacher confiscated my phone."

"The dog ate it!"

You stare at Sakura with an are-you-kidding-me-right-now? Look on your face. Misaki smack her hand to her head. while Shizuko shakes her head in disappointment.

"Sakura, you don't even have a dog" You say, catching on.

Sakura tried saving herself but it was in vain. You rolled your eyes and said " Oh, I get it now." You realised that they were trying to get you to talk to him first. Misaki looked a bit guilty, which meant that she had told them that Usui had confessed to you.

"C'mon Y/N, just talk to him! Misaki already broke up with him anyways!" Sakura says, grabbing your hands.

The atmosphere just got awkward while Sakura did her best fixing it.

"Wait Misa, I didn't me-"

"It's fine Sakura. I realized that I didn't really like him that deeply." You look at her and notice. the genuity in her eyes. "I've already moved on" she says.

The bell rang, and that was the end of the conversation.

All after-school activites were put on hold due to the upcoming exams and the chief had allowed misaki and you to take a break from work to catch up on studying. You decided to crash the nearest internet cafe.

You were in the middle of a maths sum when the sound of a cup being placed on your table distracted you and you looked up to find a boy, about your age smiling at you.

"This is for you."

You gaze falls on the cup of macchiato and frown.

"Sorry, I didn't order this."

"Oh I'm not a waiter." He chuckles. "I just think that you're cute and I would like to buy you a drink."

You froze in your chair as the heat immediately surfaces. "You think I'm cute, and bought we a drink?" You stare at him dumfounded."Yeah..." He says, looking a bit nervous.

OHMYGODOHMYGDDOHMYGOD' you internally scream. 'He thinks I'm cute? OH MY GOD!' You clear your throat and try to recollect. "Sorry, I can't accept your drink, you know you shouldn't take anything from a stranger. You say, still blushing. "Oh right... well I promise you, I don't usually drug people and kidnap them." He says, still smiling. You really liked his smile and the dimples on both sides of his cheeks. But just because he's attractive and just said you're cute, you can't just drink whatever he gives.

He realized what you were thinking and grabbed the cup. He takes a sip out of the cup, while maintaining eye contact with you. You found yourself swallowing thin air and a whole lot of saliva.

You couldn't believe that you were drooling right now. "There. Not drugged." He says, looking expectedly at you. You exhale sharply and grab the up. "Thanks. You realized that he had already used the straw and he realizes it too.

"Gimme a sec.." He dashes out and you are left alone again.

You think aboud Usui and this new guy. Sure this guy is attractive, but not as attractive as Usui.

He seems really nice, but you don't know him well enough to judge him on his personality. He seems into you through and that makes you exited. But Usui had confessed to you so you know he likes you too. Not entirely maybe, but a possibility that he does. You find yourself comparing both of them.

You knew you needed time away from Usui. The thought of being around him makes you feel uncomfortable. You want to talk it out with him, but the more you think about him, the more you want to avoid him. Maybe because you are... feeling overwhelmed?

Maybe you should just take a break from thinking about him. Maybe it was fate that a new guy comes whisks you away and from all your problems. Because Usui is really distracting. You keep thinking about him. You make up imaginery conversations with him. Your exams are literally next week.

Your train of thoughts halts when you notice tha the guy who bought you a drink was already sitting in front of you, watching you with curiosity dripping out of him.

"I was going to distract you, but you looked very cute with a serious expression on your face~" He says, smirking nervously. "What were you thinking about?"

"That's none of your business. you try to suppress a smile. You didn't want to look desperate. You tried playing hard to get.

"Well if you haven't noticed yet, I am trying to make you my business." He says smirking.

You smirk back, "Impress me, and I might just let you." You notice that his smirk grows into a playful smile. He looks like he is enjoying this a lot.

You zipped up your bag and got up. He gets up too and stand in front you, blocking your way.

"I can't impress you if I don't have your number." He says with a look of hope. You smile and roll eyes as he hands you his phone. Not even half a second later, you give it back to him with a sweet smile on your face.

You overtake him and just as you pass through the front door you look back at him and notice him looking at you. You wave the drink in front of him" "Buying me a drink doesn't count ok?" You chuckle as you walk out of the cafe.

He watches you walk out with a stupid smile plastered his face. He looks back at his phone after you walk away from his line of sight and notices the little message you left in his Notes app.

"Did you really think it was going to be that easy? Try harder lol 😘"
