I woke up next to him. Isaac. And I didn't want to move. I sighed and snuggled back into his chest.

"Good morning sweetheart." I looked up at him and he smiled at me.

"Good morning Isaac. How did you sleep?" He sighed and snuggled his head into my shoulder. There was a knock on the door and he sighed again, with more annoyance.

"Isaac, its your father. Open up." He sighed rasing his hand and I heard the lock undo itself. We both looked to the door and saw the king walk in. He wasn't wearing his crown, but you knew that he was the king by the way he walked and the way he talked.

"What do you want father?" We both moved so we were now sitting up, and so we could see the king.

"We didn't finish our meeting yesterday morning. Remember when you ran off, and didn't return." The king finally noticed me and looked at me in surprise.

"Who is this?" Isaac's eyes narrowed.

"This is Litzy. She's my soul keeper father." He, the king, looked at me and then back at Isaac.

"But she's human. How can that be possible?"

"I am as baffled as you are father, but she is my soul keeper."

"And you know this how son?"

"I claimed part of my soul last night." His father leaned against the wall next to the door.

"Your mother will not like this, nor will your brothers. Is there a way we can hide her?" Isaac held me tighter than he did before-even tighter then when he was mad at me. I felt a pang of fear and sadness when I heard the kings words.

"Father I will not hide my wife-to-be."

"You can marry someone else you know. You can marry a Power being and have her as a personal maid so you don't have to be shamed with-"

"That is enough father! She is my soul keeper and she is my other half. I will not hide her because you are ashamed that she is human! She is more than you could be any day. She works harder than any person I know. I followed her around yesterday and watched what she did. She works harder than any person I could ever find, and she didn't complain once when she was given another task and she did it to the fullest not quiting half way through it and giving up when it seemed too hard. She is the person I have been waiting for my whole life and I will not hide her because you think she is unworthy of the place the the Powerful One has given to her. Just because she is human. He created both Power being and humans, and I will kindly remind you to respect her as much as you respect your own Soul keeper, is that clear?" His father looked stunned and his face had pailed. From what I had seen and known of Isaac he was alway's the quiet wise side of the family but now seeing him like this makes me surprised. he was strong and he protected me even against his own father.

"Son, please understand that I only want what is best for you."

"Do you? Really? Because all I can see right now is you trying to hide my Soul keeper and future wife, just because she is not a Power being."

"Son I am sorry. I didn't mean it that way. All I thought is you may be happyer with someone who can help you grow-"

"There is no one else that I would rather be with father. If anyone isn't worthy it is me. I have been handed the world on a silver platter and she has been handed nothing. She has had to work her whole life. I haven't work a day in my life."

"Son, do not say that."

"Enough father. What did you want to talk about?" His father seemed to regain his strength again and he stratened up.

"We have decided to let you get to know the kingndoms of the north and south better. If you would like you can travel there yourself." He sighed and looked down. "And if you would like you could take the human-"

"Litzy, her name is Litzy."

"Fine you can take Litzy. Your mother won't be happy to have her best maid away for a long time, but if it will make you happy then so be it."

"When will we leave?" Isaac looked down at me. I sighed and leaned into his chest. I could go anywhere with him as long as I could be by his side.

"Can we leave today?" His father looked at him in surprise.

"If you want to leave today I can send a maid to come get your things and Litzy can get her stuff."

"I will get her new things, she doesn't have to use any of her old cloths."

"Fine it's your choice son." With that he left. I looked back up at Isaac and he was looking at me with a smile in his eyes.

"You really don't have to do that you know. I have my own cloths." He nuzzled into my neck.

"You deserve more than what you have, princess." I sighed. Oh well.

"Fine. Where are we headed anyway?"

"To the kingdom in the North. Come we need to eat." He gently grabbed my hand and pulled me to him as we walked down the halls.

We walked passed maids and servents. They looked at us confused and some with annoyance. I just sighed and held Isaac closer. Ever sense last night I have felt closer to him. Like I can't be away from him.

Breakfast was grand. No human ever gets this good of food anywere. And after lunch he escorted me outside and to a small black car waiting for him and aparently myself as well. To my sirprise Ryan was out by the car. I looked at Isaac and he smiled. I ran towards Ryan as Isaac let go of my hand. He caught me in his arms and spun me.

"Ryan. Its so good to see you. I didn't get to thank you this morning." I said as he set me down.

"You won't be seeing much of me from what I hear." I took a step back and Isaac was right there.

"What do you hear?" I ask.

"Only wispers that you're Prince Isaac's soul keeper." I plushed.

"Its nothing to be ashamed of dear." Isaac said into my ear.

"I know. Its just-"

"She has to get use to it sire. She's only human." Isaac laughed.

I was only human but he wasn't.
