Momo hesitated for a moment, then took a deep breath.
Momo: "Jihyo, there's something I need to talk to you about. I think we should break up."
Jihyo's eyes widened, and tears welled up in her eyes.
Jihyo: "But why? Did I do something wrong?"
Momo: "No, Jihyo, it's not about you. Its just that.."
Jihyo, trying to hold back her tears, waited patiently for what her gf was about to tell her.
Momo, reached into her bag and pulled out a picture.
Momo: "Actually, Jihyo, there's something more to this. I received this today."
She showed Jihyo a picture of a handwritten letter with a chilling message. It was a death threat, warning them to stay away from each other or face harm. The sender's identity remained unknown.
Jihyo's eyes widened in shock as she read the threatening words.
Jihyo: "What... who would do something like this?"
Momo: "I have no idea, Jihyo. But I can't risk your safety, or mine. We need to take this seriously."
Jihyo, suppressing her emotions, nodded in agreement.
Jihyo: "You're right, Momo. We should stay away from each other until we figure out who's behind this."
Momo: "I hate to do this, but it's for our safety. Let's be cautious and give ourselves some time."
Jihyo, her heart heavy, managed a weak smile through her tears.
Jihyo: "I understand, Momo. Let's do what we need to do to stay safe."
With a mix of sadness and concern, Momo and Jihyo agreed to keep their distance, each grappling with the weight of the mysterious threat that had unexpectedly entered their lives.
