name: Y/n Newgate
alias: Blue bird
birthday: October 5th
age: 15
height: 6'0
hair color: blonde
eye color: blue
blood type: O
quirk: phoenix
personality: calm, level-headed, playful, smart, care-free, quick-witted, cunning, wise, caring, stubborn, childish, determined, and helpful
likes: jokes, being with his family and friends, exploring, fighting, being underestimated, getting stronger in any way, helping people
dislikes: bullies, the league of villains, the villain Blackbeard, being limited
powers and abilities: Since childhood Y/n has been very intelligent, supporting his family and friends with more than just battle power by providing knowledge and insight. He had enough medical knowledge to act, assisted by his powers, as a doctor which was his back-up plan in case he couldn't be a hero
physical abilities: Y/n possesses immense physical strength. He could clash with pro heroes, blowing his father and Endeavour large distances away using simple kicks (overpowering the former's one-armed guard and breaking the latter's in the act). He was seen clashing head-on against All for one, seemingly matching up to the villain's monstrous strength in the process, for a brief time; ultimately though, AFO was able to restrain Y/n with a one-handed chokehold. To Shigaraki and Kurogiri Y/n has been repeatedly seen dealing powerful melee blows, his phoenix-legged kicks sending the Villains flying with great force and drawing blood. Y/n was even able to send Muscular in his muscle form flying a fair distance away with a one-legged kick.
Y/n seems to prefer an off-the-ground, kick-emphasizing fighting style supplemented by his phoenix transformation. Aerially in his hybrid form, he has been seen delivering hard kicks (and even knee strikes) using his human legs or with his feet as phoenix talons, to deal slashing damage.
Y/n is extremely fast and agile, especially while flying. He sprung instantaneously to protect Shota from Dabi's blue flame, interposing himself between his classmate and the extremely destructive emitter quirk, and went on to intercept and clash with the pyromaniac villain.
On top of his self-regeneration, Y/n has exhibited great endurance. He was relatively fine (and able to run whilst healing) after having two of Overhaul's spikes pierce clean through his torso and was later shot yet another two times while shackled (thus with his powers nullified), but was still able to stand and function normally thereafter.
quirk: phoenix, allows you to transform into a large phoenix shrouded in blue flames, as well as a human-phoenix hybrid at will; notably through your usage, no full-bodied hybrid form has been seen so far, only partial morphing of your arms and legs into wings and bird legs respectively. as with all transformation quirks, your quirk grants you incredible strength, and since you're a phoenix you can fly at incredibly high speeds. The phoenix form (both partial and in full) comes with a set of sharp bird talons on the feet, usable to deal slashing damage via kicks. Most significantly, the user can create "Blue Flames of Resurrection" also called "Flames of Regeneration". These flames automatically, fully enshroud the user upon transforming but can also be conjured forth without shapeshifting from any body part. While the blue flames neither burn nor spread as normal flames do and are not hot, due to their "special" nature, they are superior in potency to normal fire. Instead of burning, the phoenix flames have immense healing qualities. By cloaking themselves in the flames, the user can rapidly regenerate from all injuries inflicted onto them, lethal included, much like how a phoenix is said to rise from its own ashes. Thus, the user boasts enormous resilience, able to undergo extreme punishment without so much as feeling pain or being slowed down. In your case, injuries like your body being perforated all over (e.g, by gunfire), having your head run through, or parts of your head and neck blown off have elicited little reaction from you, the wounds simply disappearing in the flames almost as quickly as they were made. The user may shift into their phoenix form to automatically heal all damage accumulated in their human form, or heal by simply summoning the flames around their body while staying human. In the user's full phoenix form, attacks may simply pass through them as if their body is one intangible flame, the defining difference being that the user just regenerates, retaining a solid body under the fire. As such, even injuries taken while touching can be recovered by the flames once contact with said material stops. In battle, the phoenix flames are highly useful for defense. They may help the user ward off extremely potent attacks through them using their own body (especially their large wings) as a shield, their healing-bolstered durability letting them endure massive blows without falling. Additionally, though the flames are not as inherently destructive as natural fire, they do not completely lack the potential for offensive use, as you have shown the ability to perform attacks using your flames that, rather than burning, hit with blunt force. On top of self-healing, the phoenix flames may be applied to other living targets in order to mend them (even many at once if the user manually spreads out their fire by, for example, swirling their wings), but in that capacity to heal others, the flames have a smaller effect. Once the flames have lit other people, they stay with and continuously heal them (the recipients' stamina permitting). This may even extend to diseases, increasing the body heat of any infected party caught by the flames to prevent the said virus from further spreading through their bodies. (all of these examples have happened during training with your father, brothers, and sisters). However, such a powerful quirk isn't without its limits and drawbacks; While powerful, there is a limit to your healing factor: that is, the amount of damage that can be healed in the long term is limited, as you're not truly immortal, though precisely where this limit is remains to be specified. It is worth noting that, in battle, while you instantly heal fatal wounds upon receiving them, you tend to leave relatively minor ones alone, like scrapes or bruises. Also, the rate of your regeneration may depend on your preparedness in the moment or the level of his transformation, as seen when you were pierced by Overhauls spikes from behind while in human form but did not instantly heal, despite the wounds being highly detrimental. Following both the USJ incident and the Raid on Shie Hassaikai, you were seen in bandages, hinting at injuries that had not been healed by your flames.
