HIERARCHY OF GRADES

3RD MOCK EXAM OF MAY 8:55 A.M.

Exams. We all hope for the same thing. In this suffocating situation...we hope the world will come to an end so we can stop taking this exam. 8:59 AM

And...one of us made our dream come true. My ordinary life as an 18-year-old became unexpectedly entangled.

I rush to the lunch line. "Hurry." My friend Bitna says to me. "Awesome" i say excited for the food. For once, we were at the front of the line. I jump it in excitement as i was ready for the food but then my smile quickly fades away. "Next up are sophomores." The lunch supervisor shouts. "Top 1 to 10, including Dae-hwi, may go in." He shouts again. "Gosh." Bitna says whilst rolling her eyes.

A student bumping into her as they try to get up the stairs to the cafeteria, "I'm sorry." The student says accidentally pushing her. "Good for you." Hello?" She says to the student. "Don't eat a lot." I shout at them as the cut through the line. "Next are top 11 to 20 among you." The lunch supervisor exclaimed."When will our turn come?" I say as i sigh. "Goodness. What was my rank?" I say and Bitna bursts out laughing. "180~" she says teasing me as she sticks her tongue out. "Gosh, this is so annoying. When will we stop having lunch by the order of our grades? We all get hungry, regardless of our grades." I shout angrily "They're serving bulgogi. What if they run out of it before we get there?" Bitna pouts annoyed. "We paid for the food as well, but why aren't we served the same?"she crosses her arm as she looks at the food hungry "Tell me about it." I reply.

Tae woon goes up the stairs and cuts through the whole line like the badboy he is. His hands in his pockets as he walks as if he is the king of the school, which he technically was. "That punk is getting special treatment again." I scoff "Let him be. His dad is the director of this school." She replies warning me. "Let him have as much as he wants." I say sarcastically. "Jerk! Jerk!" Two girls shout.
