Chapter 53

"Won-ho's suit got stained because of me" I stated looking down while walking towards the stage.

"Wait how? Tell me later ok." He said as we both stood on the stage along with other participants.

I looked at the huge crowd of students looking and judging while they chattered among themselves which was making me nervous as I started fiddling with my fingers.
"It's fine My Queen" Jungkook whispered in my ear as he intertwined his hands along mine. His touch felt soft and reassuring.

After about 5 mins one of the announcers spoke.
"The result for a princess and the prince are here. Please welcome our Prince Park Jimin and Princess Roseanne Park" She spoke on the mike and everyone clapped including me and Jungkook.

"Now time for The King and The Queen. Well The Queen this year is Kim Y/n but there are two people in the draw for the king, Jeon Jungkook and Park Sunghoon" She announced on the mike as I felt a wave of happiness strike me which was soon washed away by worry.

Just then an announcement returned the wave.
"The king this year is Jeon Jungkook, someone just voted for him" The announcer spoke and Jungkook looked at me passing a wink.

Slow music played throughout the hall as the winners started to dance.

"I didn't practice any steps" Rose said slowly swaying with the music unsure of steps.
"Just trust me and follow what I do." The guy whispered with a warm eye smile stretched along his face.

"Your hand please, My Majesty," The guy in front of me said bending on his knee which made the whole crowd hoot loudly.

"Sure, My Majesty" I chuckled with a smile placing my hand in Jungkook's hand.
He delicately held my waist with his right hand while my left hand rested on his shoulder and our right and left hands intertwined together.

Lost in each other's eyes our bodies swayed with each beat of the music and in a few seconds the music stopped and the hall was filled with loud applause and hoots.

"Both of them killed it man", "Jimin and Rose slayed", " Y/n and jungkook they were beautiful"

"See that was easy. I told you. Well not lying you're an amazing dancer" Jimin said warmly as he helped Rose get back to her position.
"Thanks. You were amazing too" She spoke passing a warm smile.

We walked down the stage with our crowns. Hobi had already left for preparation for his performance which too started in a few minutes. Seokjin was with his team along with chairmans of other companies.

"Wonho I'm sorry it all happened cause of me" I spoke with my head hung low as i saw him standing near the stage.
"Hey, it's fine, cheer up. I wasn't interested anyways. " He replied with a reassuring smile while raising my head with his fingertips.
"Well I'll have to leave soon so let me enjoy till I'm here." He spoke with a pout.

"Hey Jungkook, say thanks to Wonho he was your last voter" Jennie said making Wonho feel a little embarrassed.
"Really, woah thanks so much man" Jungkook spoke pulling him in a hug.

In a few seconds, the music played and Hoseok entered the stage the whole crowd cheered and hooted to which he whispered a thank you in the mic and started with his performance.
   

The whole stage almost shook with his miraculous dance moves and looking at Seokjin I found a proud smirk across his lip.

The power-filled performance already had everyone's jaw dropped. A huge round of applause filled the crowd as it was over followed by another performance.
