Chapter 17

Hey~
It's been long... I know... And I'm really sorry about that. I had some personal things to be done and I'm not quite well these days... I'm not telling excuses just like that, it's just hard for me now a days 🙂

So let's get into the story...

It was already evening when they went back.
On their journey back the silence remind in the car, but that was an comfortable silence. Both had a peaceful face and mind.

Sid : You wanna go back home or?

Avu : I... Can we go to the beach? If you're free of course

Sid : Then beach it is 😊

When they reached at the beach there weren't many people. Both just walked along the waves silently for some time.

Avu : Sidd... Thanks

Sid : For what?

Avu : For everything. For not hating me even after what I did to you, for being there for me always, for always trying to make me happy... I don't know what to say anymore Sidd... You make me so happy that I feel guilty for not listening to you back then.

Sid : Avni... Let's just bygones be bygones. Everything already ended right then why do you keep bringing that back hmm? What happened happened now don't think too much. And I'll always be there for you even if you do mistakes we can correct it hmm?!

Avu just looked at him before hugging him.

Avu : Thank you...

Sidd : Again?!

Avu smiled breaking the hug.

They spend some more time there just admiring the sea view and talked alot about various things.
By the time they returned home it was already 8'O clock and Jann was already there.

Jann : Where were you two?

Avu told her everything meanwhile Sidd bought a cake piece and gave it to Jann.

Jann : Thank you...

Sid : You too?!

Jann : I thanked for the cake 😒

Sid : Oh 😒. By the way aren't you guys coming back this month? It's Dada and Bhabhi's 3rd wedding anniversary and they said there's some surprise they say 🤷‍♂️

Jann : Of course we'll be there. And my intuition says that MAY BE Vaishu di is pregnant...

Sid : I think so too.... I missed their wedding and their 1st anniversary because of my exams back then...

Avu : Yeah everyone was really sad that you're no there. Dada even said he'll not marry if you're not there. But they had to cause of Vashu Bhabhi's dadi.

Sid : I know. Both were mad at me for 1month for that 😅

They talked a bit before parting their ways.

At Sid's side

Sid returned with a huge smile on his face. He was super happy today as after so many years he got to celebrate Avu's birthday with her.

Sid : Now you'll always gonna be happy and I'll make sure of that.

He went to sleep with that big smile on his face, even in his dreams he was grinning...

At Avu's side

Jann : Avu... Are you happy?

Avu : More than happy... You know Jannu he remembered my birthday Jann he always did... Every year he went to an orphanage for celebrating he even makes cakes himself that too in my favorite flavour.

As she kept talking happily about Sid, a smile made it place on Jann's lips.

Jann : You love him alot don't you?

Avu : I do... But not a romantic type of love... He- he is more than a lover to me. I don't want to lose him ever again.

Jann : Do what your heart desires Avu. Don't let the past ruin your future as it done all this while.

Avu ( pov ) : I think I could let go off my bad days if Sid is near. I also wish this time I'll be finally will let everything go too...

Jann : Avu? What happened what are you thinking?

Avu : Nothing. Thank you Jannu for always being my side... You and Sid are the best things that happened to me.

Jann : Don't you dare cry silly...

Avu smiled through tears hugging her tight.

Jann : Ok end all this rona dhona let's juat sleep. We've many works to do before we go back.

Avu : Yeah. Goodnight Jannu.

Jann : Goodnight and sleep tight.

Few days passed busily for the three as they had to complete many things before going back.
