I was sitting waiting for Abigail to finish getting dressed for the party tonight. She seems so excited that I'm actually willing to go. "Come here and try this on!" She yells before throwing a dress over at me and finishing changing.
"What's this?"
"Just a cute dress, c'mon go try it on." I go to try on the dress and come back uncomfortably trying to pull it down more. "Why's it so short?" I ask her and she just laughs and gets up before coming over to me and pulling it up a little. "It's supposed to be up here, stop tugging on it." She scolds me.
We then go downstairs and show her mom our outfits before it's time to leave to Liam and Dylan's for the party. Once we get there, there were already a few people sitting outside chatting and drinking. We went inside after waving goodbye to Abi's mom. When we got inside there were a lot of people dancing and drinking and having a good time. "You want a drink?" Abi asked, I kindly refused before she headed over into the kitchen and I stood by the entrance waiting for her.
There was a loud crash before some guy started yelling, "Dude are you serious right now! Don't touch that, it's not a toy!!" I heard a slightly familiar voice yell but couldn't tell who it was, it startled me if I'm being honest but I just ignored it. Soon after I saw Dylan rushing angrily upstairs and I wanted to check on him so I followed him up hoping Abi wouldn't mind me being gone when she returned. I heard the room door slam and thought that might be Dylan's room so I went in a little while after him.
"Hey.. uhm are you alright?" He turned around and looked angry until he saw me and we locked eyes, his expression got softer in a way. "I'm sorry to bother you, it's just- I saw that you looked pretty upset back there." I reassured him slowly walking towards him. "It's alright. I just hate having parties here, everyone always tries to destroy something." He angrily explained. "I mean you are the one that invited everyone here." We laughed a little before I asked if we could sit and we did. I tried rubbing his back to hopefully make him feel better and he quickly tensed at my touch before starting to relax a little.
I looked down and he then placed his finger under my chin before raising my head to look at him. "You seem like you have better things to worry about than going to a party." He said before smiling. Ugh those dimples again, why are they such a weakness for me? Honestly I already knew Dylan had them but I didn't know Liam did as well, I mean they are brothers so it makes sense.
He scooched closer to me before looking into my eyes. "You're really pretty you know that?" I tried to look away but his gaze was too pure and beautiful.
