The team are now getting ready to present their evidence to the court, and this could potentially put more years on their life sentence, as this was a recorded confession of guilty with more proof of premeditation. They had the recording as part of their evidence, as an admission of their guilt, and they went Forward with the recording which was played to in the court room for all to hear and there were tears rolling down people's faces and even the Jury and the Judge were even crying at the recording. The Judge recovered himself, he said that the recording should be locked away as it is too much to hear as it was upsetting to hear.
However, the Lawyer of Elizabeth; "As the Lawyer tried to argue that Elizabeth had not said that, so if the prosecution does have further actual evidence to prove or disprove that she said that or not, then and only then will I believe it is true. So, they had better prove beyond reasonable doubt that she had said it in the first place."
The Judge then dismisses Jury, so they can deliberate whether, if they are guilty or not guilty of the murders of the stepmother and father of Princess Eliza. After a twelve-minute deliberation the Jury were now back with their verdict was returned, and the Judge asked the Jury if they come with a verdict. The Foreman of the Jury said they had come to an understanding; they were truly guilty of all the charges that they been charged with. The judge nodded and further added two more life sentences to Conrad and Elizabeth's already life sentences, while further adding a twenty-five-year sentence for conspiracy to murder Jeremy Kyle – the eyewitness to the murders of Mr and Mrs Deacon – and who was placed into Witness protection.
