Twisted Metal: The Revenge (Book 02)-Race Against Time.

This is something I was hoping I would get to once I decided to finish. Twisted Metal started out as a video game about a bunch of people destroying themselves, along with the entire country with their own vehicles. The franchise was so appreciated in the 90s, and 2000s, that it got other creators associated with it.

I myself made a story about Twisted Metal, starting in 2022 as a sequel to the last game Twisted Metal (2012), where in that game Marcus (Needles) Kane, the driver of Sweet Tooth a powerful ammo fueled ice cream truck entered the tournament to get his daughter back to kill her. However, Calypso the host of Twisted Metal didn't tell him that his daughter did suicided after leaving the hospital he searched floor to floor in, which caused Needles to end up buried in the same coffin with her, having him buried alive.

After the game was finished, two epilogue shorts were shown which inspired me to write this. One where the son unburied the coffin, and desecrated the grave, while also taking Needles's mask, and went to get revenge on Calypso, and the one where Calypso himself revived the daughter of Needles Kane, to have her work for him. In the first book, while the 2nd epilogue was happening, the son who named himself Slash Kane broke into Calypso's building with his gang took back the Sweet Tooth, took back the machete that belonged to Needles, and even rescued the Preacher who was in the Asylum of Naysayers.

In Book 02, Slash broke into a warehouse owned by Calypso, and stole keychain sized time machine that he used to rescue racer who have doomed themselves after winning Twisted Metal, while also keeping the police off his back. At the end of Book 02, Calypso announced that another Twisted Metal was coming, and Slash decided to take place in it. Of course, when Book 03 comes, I'll have to come up with some stages.
