As soon as the clock starts the decrescent countdown, Miyoung groaned quietly pressing her face against Jiyoung's shoulder. The older girl simply hugging her waist, Gaeun and Jiyoung looking at each other worriedly, Naeun holding onto the older girl.
"It's too cruel." Miyoung commented finally looking up, huffing quietly, everyone complaining about the show's decision
"This went in a whole different direction than I expected." Miyoung says, looking down "I thought we were going to reevaluate each other with freestyle or something."
"Let's look around." Gaeun says softly, the girls gathering their things in a corner before starting to follow the other trainees
Finally getting a look at the faculty, Miyoung stares in awe, her eyes twinkling with wonder. She suddenly turns to Jiyoung, the older girl chuckling understanding her despite the lack of words.
After they're done checking the building, they gather in the living room, the girls sitting by the corner, Gaeun serving as a barrier between them and the boys. The boys complaining on how they were going to be able to vote.
"Should we vote without thinking?" Jungwon suddenly asks, the trainees immediately disagreeing
"We can't just vote at random. Plus, besides thinking about the performances," Miyoung pauses, feeling awkward as they all look at her, she clears her throat before continuing "We should also think about our chemistry. We're going to become a unit."
"Exactly, they said, now we're sharing a common fate. In the end, we have to pick the fifteen regardless." Seon says, going straight to the point "So, ultimately, our goal is to make the best team. So, when picking the members, we should think if that is the ideal image of the group."
"I agree. We should consider all factors when voting." Jiyoung speaks "Instead of picking the weaker performers or the ones you think are a risk to you, think about whether they can improve and if their personality is compatible."
"I don't think they really understood what the three of us said..." Miyoung comments, sighing "Majority of them have trained for a year or less. I think they'll either vote out who they think is a risk to them or the weaker ones instead of thinking beyond that."
"Alright, how about we go eat something and get to know each other better?" Gaeun finally speaks up "We have two hours, let's try to see our chemistry with each others and, hopefully, make the decision better."
They all agree, moving towards the kitchen. Miyoung going straight to the fridge, grabbing a bottle of water. She ignores Jiyoung's look of worry, too nervous to be able to stomach anything at the moment, at least for now.
"I really liked your performance." The girl looks up, Seon smiling at her
"Yes! Seon..?" The boy nods chuckling softly "I also liked your performance. I'll be honest, you were a bit stiff, but I think that if you get the chance, you can show that it was a one time thing." She says softly
