You sigh as you look at your computer. Hayes has to go on tour the day of Prom. Meaning you don't have a date. Your a little disappointed, but his fans means the world to him. You would never want to take that away from him. You get a call from Hayes.
Hayes:Hey babe
You:Hey Hayes
Hayes:What's wrong
You: oh nothing you say.
You lied. You really wanted to go to prom with Hayes.
Hayes: Well, I need to go. I'll come over later. Love ya
You: Alright, love you too.
You sigh. I can't let him know I'm upset you think to yourself.
2 hours later
Hayes lightly knocks on your bedroom door. You look over and smile. Hey babe you say and run over to him to hug him.
He pulls away. I'm assuming you saw the tour dates he says. You nod. Hayes was about to speak but you interrupt him. I don't want you to feel bad or have second thoughts about going. There is always going to be another prom you say with a fake smile. Abigail I love you he says then kisses you. I love you too Hayes. See you in a couple months he says. Yep you say. Then he leaves.
The next day
You get up. Not wanting to do anything. You planned on taking your dress and shoes and everything you got for prom back. You get ready and were about the head out the door when you see you have a text from Hayes.
Look outside your window
You turn your head towards the window to see Hayes in a tux with a poster and flowers. The poster said. I know I might be late but will you go to prom with me. You smile and quickly run outside. He embraces you. He kisses your cheek and whispers go get ready. You smile.
