Appearance : blonde (or white) hair with e/c, usually wears a white turtle neck and long white skirt with a gold or blue necklace. Or she wears the NRC uniform. Also has cat ears and a tail so basically a Neko. (I used gacha nox so, sorry if it's wonky or smth, I kinda pictured this in my head soo)
