Firstly, they met when Shinobu would be around 14 years old, and Giyuu would be 17-18, which is already kind of creepy, it gives me the "I can't wait till you're 18" vibe. Second, I don't like it because they're already canonically friends, so why ship them? Men and women can be friends. Also, Shinobu planned her own death, so she definitly didn't care for love.
Also, the shippers are so toxic, it's actually scary, and them using the "she said the moon is lovely and-" Well... what if she genuily thought the moon was lovely??? 😱
Romantically it's mid, they're more siblings than lovers.
