CH10: THE PACT

Jungkook was feeling better now. He slept a whole day without any work. He felt relaxed.

Luckily, when Jimin brought Jungkook back home, passed out, no one was there. Specifically Mr. Penn. He is the clever one. Indeed the bodyguard does his duty well.

Jungkook was up early for his college more specifically, for him....

Jungkook wore a light sea green shirt, with sleeves rolled and black denim. He was in the cafeteria.

He has started paying some attention towards his health now, yeah finally...

It was his free period, the teacher was absent luckily. So Jungkook was in the cafeteria nownow having the cold drink.

Jungkook pov.

"Hey... Jungkook?"

It.... It was him.

I stood from my seat suddenly seeing him. It was... I didn't expect him to make the first move.

Argh... I am feeling so hella embarrassed right now.

"If you don't mind.... Can I join you?"

He was calm, like always. Though it was awkward but yeah.... I could see, he was doing his best to not make the environment uncomfortable for me.

A gentle smile was on his lips.

"Sure, taehyung." I sat as he took the empty seat in front of me. Now we were facing each other. "How... How did you find me?"

"Oh... About that, I asked Jimin. He told me that you are always... Ki.. Kinda hungry so i thought that you must be definitely in the cafeteria."

"Wh... What??? Did he say like that!? Urgh... That minie I will not leave him!!!"

My eyes shifted to your lightening face."Yahhh, waee???.... Why are you laughing like that?"

"Oi ok ok.... Sorry" He said pinching his earlobes. He seemed like a young child, he was looking so small doing that.

"Cute..."

Suddenly slipped from my mouth. Oh no it.... It wasn't my intention... Tsk tsk tsk, did he hear that? I thought.

"Jungkook....." He called my name but with some seriousness in his voice.

"What is it, Taehyung?"

"There is a reason behind for me trying to reach you so suddenly and so... So early."

He looked down at his hands, not trying to make eye contact with me and continued.

"I am.... Sorry, for everything. I... I built so many misconceptions ab... About you in my mind and you know... What the worst part is.... That that I not even tried to make things.... Better between us. I am seriously so sorry for behaving like a total crap! I.. I am --"

I spoke up, cutting him in between. I guess I am more at fault. I should be the one.

"Taehyung..... Thank you.... For taking care of me when I lost my senses, for taking care of like... Som.. Someone important. And about sorry, I already forgave you. You should not take all the blame, it wasn't you... No. It was me.... You came but I distanced, you talked but I ignored. You tried but I put everything in vain.... Taehyung you...you loved but I...
