Life does not stand still

A/N: Hi! I hope your enjoying my story so far! It's probably not going to have a lot more chapters, but I am having so much fun writing this! I found this video on YouTube, and it just made me so happy. Kurts's story is just so inspiring and heartwarming :)

Before Kurt got a chance to respond Wes and David came back. They both had to go because it was getting late, and they had other plans for the day. They told Kurt how nice it was to meet him, hugged Blaine goodbye, and left.

"Well, u-uh that was eventful..." Kurt said, trying to break the awkward silence that soon fell upon them.

Blaine was quick to respond "Did you like it though? C-cause I did...so?" Before Blaine could fully finish his thought, Kurt was hugging him tight, as he kissed Blaine's cheek.

They both let out sighs of contentment knowing that they both felt the same way about each other. Neither said a word but they could tell what the other male was thinking. They grabbed hands as they ran towards the door.

As they ran out towards the car Blaine stopped Kurt asking him a very important question.

"Will you be my boyfriend K-kurt?" Blaine stuttered and stumbled out his voice thick with emotion. Blaine didn't know what Kurt would do, as thoughts swirled around in his head 'Was this moving too fast? I mean, they had just met... But there was obviously something between them. Was he even comfortable with this??'

What Blaine didn't expect was Kurts eyes to well up in tears and to launch himself towards Blaine. At first Blaine thought he had gone too far, and that was why Kurt was crying but it soon became clear that it was for a very different reason.

As Kurt was clinging tightly to Blaine the simple but powerful word came out of Kurts mouth.

"Yes."

After that fateful day they met up regularly and Kurt and Blaine made their relationship public, all of their friends were happy for them. They had many dates and Blaine even moved to McKinley for both of their senior years! They talked and bonded through singing solos and duets together in glee club. They had found their match!

Eventually it was time for them to face the obvious, Kurt had applied but didn't get into NYADA whereas Blaine had gotten in. Kurt wanted Blaine to go and live his dream, but Blaine wanted to stay with Kurt. They eventually made the choice of both going to New York, buying a place and seeing where life led them.

They were both so excited and soon graduation approached! Go New York!

(A/N: I know in the show Blaine's younger, but I never really understood why and always wished they were in the same school year. So, I wrote my story like this)
