I woke up took a shower and brushed my teeth I put on some clothes when I heard a knock I opened it and saw cops
" may I see marissa Jackson " one said
" marissa " I called her
"Yes " she said the cops took her and handcuffed her
" your under the arrest for the murder of de'vonte Johnson " they said she started crying and mouthed me help me I nodded I drove kaliya and zae to my dad's house when I was driving I thought it's been a year how they wanna get her now
After that I went to de'vonte
" you need to tell the cops. You alive " I said yelling through the house I saw him and a hoe having sex I shook my head I threw a glass at his face and beat him up I'm not gonna cry over this nigga
" marissa is in jail for this fake death that she is charged for the murder " I said

" you better turn yourself in or else I will have full custody of my son and kaliya " I said
" oh hell naw not my son and daughter you ain't finna do that bullshit " he said I crossed my arms and put a smirk on my face

De'vonte POV
Man I fucked up I got dressed and head downstairs I got in my car and drove to the police station
"Your de'vonte Johnson I thought you were dead " the police said
" I faked it " I said
" o well then im going to get marissa Jackson out of the court but you need bail money " he said I handed him the money and marissa came she looked mad and her eyes were red

" can we just go " she said I nodded and we went to the car

When we pulled up to the house I went inside and saw kaliya , zae and Miyah in the pull
" kaliya" I said she looked at me and then went back to swimming in the pool I tried to pick up zae from Miyah arms but he started crying I guess they don't love me anymore
Miyah POV
I got out the pool and took a shower and got dressed I started cooking when I heard a knock I saw jay
He is my boyfriend I kissed him
" hey bae " I said
" hey who that " he said looking at de'vonte
" de'vonte " I said he looked at him with disgust and walked over to kaliya and zae
" so you have another nigga around my children " he said I rolled my eyes
" remeber you were dead and you still are to everybody and he not a nigga he put a ring on it " I said showing him the ring he looked at me then got angry
"You act like they still like you they don't even remember you. " I said yelling
" well I want my daughter I don't want my son cause its with you " he said that hurt my feelings I had to be honest

" no never he not my dad " she said I gasped that little girl snapped I started laughing jay playfully hit me de'vonte roughly grabbed kaliya arm and took her away I heard her crying as her dad yelled at her I shook my head and went upstairs to my bed I called up Lana and Tina and told them what happened

" he wrong for that " Lana said ijt of nowhere I hear Shawn voice
" he a wrong nigga imma talk to him bout tht " he said crunching on some chips I laughed I hang up and went to bed
* at 4.am *
I heard the doorbell I groaned I grabbed my gun put it in the pants pocket to see kaliya. At the door
" what are you doing here and it's freezing out here " I said getting her inside and grabbing her a drink
" daddy being mean to me and this other girl hitting me " she said i sighed
" let's get you to bed " I said tucking her in bed she nodded
" goodnight " I said she was already knocked out tomorrow I'm getting full custody of her and zae and that's a fact I'm not playing anymore games

I took a shower and got ready for court I cooked breakfast for them packed it and drove them to Lana house
" thanks boo got to go " I said to Lana

I chuckled and drove off after doing. All that stuff at court now I got full custody of them I walked off like a proud women lol I looked at de'vonte to see him with red blood shot eyes and black circles forming around his eyes I got scared I got in the car and sped off to Lana house I knocked really loudly Shawn came out I went behind him he looked at me crazy but then when he saw de'vonte he signaled me to go
Shawn POV
I signaled Miyah to go
" man chill out chill " I said pushing him back he pushed me back and started beating me soon cops came and took him I saw Miyah balled up in the corner with the kids I closed the door and got them up
Miyah POV
" you guys could stay here " Lana said
" thanks but we got to get shopping for the wedding " I said she nodded and and we got the kids in the car and drove off this is a crazy life
