Reject and accept
Sometimes sadness consumes your body and it's difficult to breathe, now it's become normal, and this has been a part of his life all these years, the routine didn't change. Vegas used to live with that feeling, maybe he doesn't deserve to live.
There is a light show in his cage, an angel unlocks the cage and sets him free, and it is Jeff who comes into his life and shows him a beautiful world that he never thought he could feel again.
These files give him a headache, and he feels regret about this, he shouldn't have agreed to be here, it's been days he was staying minor family, and his heart and mind are in the place that gives him peace and love, Chiang Mai and Jeff.
"Falling from cloud nine
Crashing from the high

His sweet voice is melody for them, the audience dives into the fantasy world.

The way he played his guitars makes them even more beautiful, his eyes sparkle, and everybody can notice the love of his music, and people accepting him.
Jeff feels so happy, finally they're going to accept him. The students, teachers, and staff were so proud to have this gem.
As the song finished, he went backstage, and he tried to forget that student's existence, he walked near him, avoiding his burning glare. Alex grabbed his wrist to look at him, the anger was plastered on his face, and those eyes could burn everything.
" why are you avoiding me, Jeff?"
The grip held a little tighter, and he wriggled his arm to loosen up.
"Leave me, Alex, how many times should I tell you to stop it?'
"Why can't you love me back?, is it because I'm a student? , come on Jeff, I have everything, I'm running my dad's business, and I own cars and villas, be with me, Jeff"
"what do you think about me Alex?, I'm not a gold digger "
" I don't mind if you're a gold digger, you can be a whore for me, I will make you good" Alex smirked and his other hand reached down the other's butt and squeezed it.

Alex feels the mark on his face, Jeff uses his other hand to slap him, and he feels disguised and angry. With that action, he released his hand.
"you are such an asshole Alex, if you didn't stop this, I will report it to this principal, don't make me do it, you hear me?"
Jeff warned him, he was enough for this.
Later that night
Jeff didn't have any mood to go out, it was suffocating what happened a few hours back, the love he confessed to him, it was not true love, he knows who is Alex
Born in a rich mafia family, life is just a play for him, he doesn't take anything seriously, Jeff knows he has done dirty things before and everybody knows it.
Having a relationship with the mafia? No, that's not what he wants, he wants peace in his love life, not chaos, he doesn't like mafias, he believes they are cruel monsters, Alex also likes the same, he tortured a man who cheated on him.
He doesn't want to push his life into a lion's den. His heart chose a person, his eyes slowly scanned the text he received from Vegas, he was back in Chiang Mai.
He feels relieved Vegas didn't abandon him, he feels embarrassed as he remembers that day he should have gone fast like that, and wishes he could turn back and avoid mistakes in his life.
He texted him back an hour before but didn't get replied
Should I call him?
His finger reaches the call button on the screen and dials it
Switched off?
Maybe he was busy

The screen shows his best friend name Perth
"yo, come on move your ass and come here, I don't want to hear any lame excuse okay"
"Okay, okay I'm coming"
He wants to reject though, but taking a break maybe it will release the stress.

The warm light kissed on his face the sound of birds chirping reached his ears, he lazily opened his eyes, he scanned the surroundings.
Wait, it's not my room
It's not his room, but the walls look so familiar to him
Damn it, it's Jeff's room, how did I reach here?
The door to the room was opened, and a worried expression showed Jeff entered with a glass of water and a pill, he placed the glass on the table and sat near him.
" how do you feel now?" Jeff asked
Vegas respond hummed
"here "he took the water and pill on the table, and placed it on his palm, he took the pill and consumed it.
The awkward silence still lingers in the air.
" I'm sry for making you worried" Vegas apologized to him
Jeff was worried, really worried about him cause he had never seen Vegas in this state, when jeff was in the club, he saw Vegas struggling to open the exit door, and he was passed out on the floor.
"Yesterday it was their death anniversary"
Jeff reached out his hands to squeeze the other to comfort him.
" I want to move on, but I can't, nobody gonna help me" Vegas spoke, his throat was too tight to speak.
Jeff's chest was tightened.
"vee, I know it's hard for you I also suffered and I overcame this " he squeezed him.
"vee, I need you to overcome this drakness, I know you can do it, I will help you if you give me a space to your heart"
Vegas choked out, the tears pooling in his eyes and they flow out. And he hugged Jeff for dear life.
" I'm afraid Jeff, I don't want to lose you, everybody leaves me when I loved them back I don't want that happen to you"
Jeff'sthroat tightens. The words ring louder in his ears, He holds his little baby tighter, blinking back tears.
“ I will never leave you vegas I promise." jeff promises vegas and receives no answer but a strangled whine.
He strangled his finger on his hair "no matter what storms comes to our paths, we will fight back, together " he kissed vegas forehead.
The feeling of vegas hot breath on his neck , the trembling thumbs caressedd on his chin.
The feelings that rose up from their minds, there is a courage shown on the opposite as vegas brings his face closer to him, as he press their lips together.
