It was a normal Tuesday and you were walking to class. UGH maths you thought to yourself,suddenly you hear your name being called out
"OLIVE OLIVEEEEEE"
You turn round as quick as you can your hair nearly hitting you in the face. It was grace your popular best friend screaming your name from the Field.
"HEYY,YESSSS"
"NALA AND JAMES JUST KISSED"
"WHATTTTTT"
You replied running towards her you run faster and faster finally you get to her.
"I CANT BELIVE THAT"
You speak out of breath. Grace puts her hand on your shoulder.
"Jeez you ran like a lightning bolt"
You turn and look behind you, it feels like the world stoped and only you and the boy walking towards you are in time. You felt like the song dark red by Steve lacy while he made eye contact with you. But it was only in your head, time didn't slow down and a boy in the year above was running towards you, suddenly knocking you down. Your face hitting the ground. You could hear graces laugh as she looked at your face in the pile of dirt you just fell into.
"Uh" your grown as lifting your head out of the dirt and you felt a gentle hand on your arm.
"Hey,hey are you okay?"
The boy with blonde curly locks and blue ocean eyes said to you helping you up off the gum covered ground. You stand up slightly wobbly and embarrassed. His warm hand gently pressed against your back.
"Yeah I'm okay thanks for helping me up"
You couldn't make eye contact with him as his eyes were to blindly beautiful. The teacher behind this mysterious new boy came from behind him.
"Hey olive you might want to go to medical you fell pretty hard"
"Olive,huh"
The boy with blonde hair spoke under his breath, you slowly looked back at him as he spoke under his breath. You and him make a strong eye connection. Grace ran after you to the library.
"Olive oliveeee you need to go to medical your head"
"I will be fine don't worry about it geez"
"Where are you going!"
"I need to read and think about some stuff okay!"
"What's got your knickers in a twist"
"YOU,when I fell you just stood there a good friend wouldn't do that"
"God it's not the deep"
Grace says rolling her eyes. You walk to the library in your own little corner reading like all your cares in the world just disappeared. But you couldn't get that boy with blue eyes and blonde curly hair out your head.
