This magic ambulance just like spawns out of nowhere and they throw Alice in the back of it or whatever. They put Alice on that bed thingy majiggy and rub a cucumber on her hand or something and it magically grows back. Not to mention, Shut me up by Mindless Self Indulgence is playing in the background because why would it not be?
