A Failed Vampire

Chapter -1

In a small town, there was a 16-year-old introverted boy named Cassian who wasn't particularly good at anything, often called "the little guy" by his peers. Cassian was not academically inclined, but he had a knack for video games, which kept him company most nights. His best friend, Aditya Roy, was the complete opposite, intelligent and popular, known throughout the town.

One day, Aditya told Cassian about a peculiar school located in the forest, claiming it was filled with vampires and werewolves. Cassian laughed it off, believing it to be another one of Aditya's stories, inspired by popular fiction like Twilight and The Vampire Diaries.Tragedy struck when Cassian's father died in the forest, leaving him to cope on his own, as his mother worked late into the night to make ends meet. Desperate for companionship, Cassian found solace in playing video games late into the night, soon becoming unbeatable at the stroke of midnight.

On one such night, Aditya sent Cassian a message, urgently asking for his help. Driven by his loyalty and concern for his friend, Cassian arrived at the peculiar school, frantically searching for Aditya. Instead, he found a group of young boys, draining a person's blood and gruesomely dismembering their body.

Cassian's blood ran cold as he realized the terrifying truth of Aditya's previous discussion. The vampire was not merely a character in a story. As he tried to comprehend the horror he had witnessed, a new message from Aditya came in. His friend was in need of help in impressing his girlfriend, and the group of boys was nowhere to be found. Unbeknownst to Cassian, he had only minutes to act before the group of bloodthirsty monsters discovered his presence.(The Episode 1 End here.)
