Dwit was scribbling down his dreams when he heard a loud knock on the door. He frowned, jotting down his last notes and closed the book to go see what it was. He opened the door to see a girl staring at him.
"You opened the door. For me."
Dwit frowned, glancing around. "Was I not supposed to?"
The girl just stared for a long moment. "No.. I mean. No one else has. Opened the door I mean." she hesitated, seeming flustered. "Where am I?"
Dwit blinked, not sure what to say to that. "Urm..." He squinted. "I... I don't know."
She blinked at him for a long moment. "You don't know?" She sighed. "How do you not know?"
"I don't know. How do you not know?" Dwit said scowling ever so slightly. "What do you want anywho?"
She scowled. "I want to know where I am."
Dwit frowned "Well. I can't help you with that. You'll have to ask someone else."
"who?" She yowled "who am I going to ask? no one. no one but you has answered the door. what else am I supposed to do?" She glared at Dwit for a long couple of seconds.
He frowned, narrowing his eyes "fine. Come with me." He sighed and waved for her to come. She brightened and started to follow.
"So. What's your name?" The girl asked Smiling now that he had helped her.
Dwit blinked, feeling tired. "Dwit. Yours?"
"Dwit, that's a funny name." She smiled but Dwit wasn't offended. Too much. "I'm Stella. Nice to meet you."

They got to Arna's house and Dwit knocked, wrapping his fist on the door.
Arna opened the door peeking out her eyes narrowed. "Who are you?"
"I'm Stella." Stella replied, glancing at Arna's house. "Who are you?"
"Stella.... that's a good name." Arna sighed. "I'm Arna. This is my home. Come in." Arna glanced at Dwit for a quick second before opening the door and letting the both of them come right in. "So. Why are you here?"
Dwit shrugged ever so slightly as Stella started talking. "I'd like to know where I am."
"Blunt. Straight to the point. But what do you mean?" Arna said, almost ignoring dwit her eyes focused on Stella.
"I mean what I said. Where am I?" Stella sighed. "He doesn't know either so that's why he took me to you. I'm assuming."
Arna furrowed her brow "I... What? We're in between." She hesitated.
Stella blinked for a long moment. "In-between? What is that supposed to mean?"
Arna glanced at both of them for too long. "You... You don't know?" Arna's face slowly filled with shock. "Then how...." She hesitated. "You aren't travelers... are you..." She hesitated swallowing this.
"Um. No. I'm not sure what travelers are. but... I don't think we are." Stella commented hesitantly.
Arna hesitated. "Whilm would know what to do..." Arna took a deep breath, the air hissing through her teeth. "I don't." She hesitated and sat down. "Well. I'm not sure what to do but If you find where you are from I might be able to get you back there." She looked up. "if that's what you want of course."
Stella nodded vigorously "Of course we do!" She sighed. "I just wish I knew where." She sighed heavily. "Where... where am I going to sleep."
"You could come to my house." Dwit said absentmindedly trying to figure out where this glass world was. He couldn't figure it out. He glanced at Stella. "Come on. Let's go..."
