"I needed to talk to Sapphire bad and i think Allie knew it because after Valik left and she came out of the bathroom she was not completely herself. Her eyes were half green half red and she was a eerie calm. She walked over to the sofa and sat down with her legs crossing in front of her. As she was about to talk her dad came back into the room as well. I know she had questions but when her dad entered the room her eyes went completely red and Sapphire was no longer holding back. I had to calm her or everyone was going to feel her again. I grabbed her hand and shook my head at her as calm as i could, i mean im not looking to die. She calmed down almost instantly took a deep breathe and let Allison back fully. Now it was time for her dad to talk and we all were waiting to hear what he had to say."

GREG ALLIES DAD:

Well i guess it's time to talk. Arthur came to me when allie was first born because her birth sent a shockwave through the supernatural community. Every being whether wolf or not felt her be born and take her first breath. Allie was a miracle baby sent to her mother and i by selene, the moon goddess. Arthur wanted Allie when she hit of age because he was drawn to her power, naturally i lost it and refused his proposal. Later that night he attacked our territory and killed my mate, with my life hanging in the balance and me not wanting my daughter taken from me to i sent her away and had her wolf hide its existance as to not put either of them in danger. Then i came here and asked for sanctuary and protection until i could figure out what to do other than have my daughter hide half of who she is. We have now realized that when Sapphire comes out fully everyone can feel it and Arthur knows she is near. He will try to find her again and he will force her to mate and mark with him if he gets his hands on her. There is only one way to stop this from happening and to be able to fight him fully.

"The minute Allison's dad says it my father and i look at each other because we know exactly what it is that needs to be done. I don't know if Allie knows or not but we have to discuss it and make sure it is what she want's as well before it just happens. I am about to turn to Allie and discuss this with her when i hear a very deep passionate growl, as i turn to look at Allie and see where that came from she comes flying into my lap out of no where and latches onto my neck. Her canines elongate and she pierces the skin marking me with full force. It burns and then slowly turns to an alluring sensual feeling. I grab her by her hips and bring her closer to me letting Jake to the surface and he does the same thing digging into her soft spot on her neck and marking her as well. She whimpers for a second before letting out a little moan. The pleasure doesn't last long as we realise we are still sitting in front of everyone in my dads office."

I realised where we were still and calmed down but Sapphire knew what had to be done to fully protect us and i have wanted lee for so long that i was in no way going to tell her no. What i didn't expect was for Lee and Jake to react like they did and mark me right back. I kind of figured they would push me off and want to talk about it first. My whole thought on that though is we don't really have the time to talk about it. There is a man out there that wants to force me to breed with him and mark him for my power, i think not motherfucker. I am my own person and i have a true mate so this Arthur guy can get over himself cause i am not leaving lee ever.

"I know what is going to happen to Allie now that we have marked each other. I don't think she knows what is coming and if she does than i might be a little scared. The way she let Sapphire attack me like that in front of everyone im pretty sure when heat hits she wouldn't care who is watching. We are going to have to mate soon to seal the bond and so the heat doesn't kill her but we also have to be cautious and stay safe. Now that we have marked each other Sapphire can't go into hiding like that or Jake with freak the fuck out. With that being the case we have to be cautious because everyone will know she is out and where she is staying. With everything going on she hasn't asked about work or her computer or anything so i have a little surprise to distract her before her heat comes. Us both being alphas it's coming in about 24 hours. "

Lee grabs me and asks me to come with him he has a surprise for me. With all of this going on i have yet to focus on anything other than being hunted and finding my mate. I follow Lee and he takes me into a bedroom, when i first walk in i notice some of my stuffin the corner. I turn to him and see him smiling, he is a sneaky one i am realizing. As i look closer my phone is here, my computer is here, my work bag with all my notes and a huge luggage case with a bunch of my clothes is here as well. I can't help but give him a questioning look. "When brian left us alone at the party he figured you would be staying with me for a while and since he is your best friend he grabbed everything that he knew you would need. IF he forgot anything that was at the house when it burned we can replace it." and that is when i started to fall in love with him. I knew his brother was a good guy but all of this is just to much. I hit the floor and start crying i can't anymore and am just so exhausted. Lee gets me to my feet and walks me to the bathroom. He runs me a bath and slowly undresses me then puts me in the tub. After thoroughly washing my hair and body he gets me out of the tub and dries me off. One of his huge shirts on me as a nightgown and into bed i go. The last thing i remember is him getting in bed behind me and snuggling up to me.
