Quirk: Flame Belly

Quirk Information: User can 'consume' fire by pulling the flames to him and discharge the energy into green flame-based attacks.

Drawback: He cannot use fire unless he is dry in at least one spot of his body. (If he's soaked he cannot produce the fire he 'eats')

Also if he uses to much flame his 'stock pile' of fire diminishes. Meaning if he hasn't eaten enough flames he cannot produce more. He is also unable to eat his own flame.

Quirk Origin: This originates from his mother being able to pull things towards her as well as his father being able to breath fire.

Age: 14 (before U.A.)
