In the applyfic setting itself, these are assigned by your teammates as a way to confirm you've been active and helpful; in writing, however, these tickets are actually scores given by the teachers to the studentsprior to the live voting post-performance.
This is where it gets a bit confusing.
As I was testing this method around for the first time, I wasn't exactly sure about how many tickets one would earn on average, but after receiving all the forms I've noticed that the minimum for active appliers was around 4-5 Tickets considering both the standard ones and those from Class Representatives. What does this mean?
In writing, teachers will give ratings on a scale from 0 to 5 which will be converted to points as per the rules stated originally (1 point from Teachers or 1 Ticket = 5.000 points in voting, for a maximum of 25.000 points), as the most one earned was 12 Tickets and... I'm sure anyone would find it difficult to make it work without the system sounding rather... Wonky.
