Two years passed, and Raditz and the Princess' relationship grew. Where the Princess joked, Raditz would smile and chuckle.

Raditz would often tease her about the first time she had noticed his tail. He was stood next to her, and decided to poke on her opposite shoulder with his tail. When she saw it she screamed, falling on the floor, and couldn't believe her eyes, that day. It was hilarious to him that it took her over a year to discover it.

Another three years later, and they were together romantically. It didn't matter to him anymore that he was with a non-Saiyan. To Hell with the old traditions. Literally. It was of no consequence in his case anyway.

Though there was one fateful day, five years after he first arrived... where Raditz discovered the truth about his arrival into her home.

———

It was '4am', and Raditz had just awoken subconsciously to roll over on their shared bed. He heard murmurs coming from his bedmate, which was a little uncommon but he knew she talked in her sleep on occasion, usually about food to his amusement.

This time though...

"Mmmm... Oh Raditz..."

'About me this time, huh...?'

"You tasty morsel..."

'...Weird, but okay...?'

"Eat you... whole..."

Her mouth visibly watered.

...What.

Did he hear that correctly-? Wait OF COURSE he did! He's right next to her!

Raditz was greatly confused. And when he got confused...

He got angry.

"Woman!" He shook her awake roughly.

"Wha- What's going on? Raditz?" She looked at him groggily.

"That's what I want to know! In your sleep - You desired to "eat me whole"?! Are you insane?!"

"Wha... I don't know what in Otherworld you mean!" she deflected as she suddenly felt very awake. She tried to wipe her mouth without him noticing, to no avail.

"You want to eat me?!"

Her eyes went wide before she spoke again. Raditz saw that little visual clue he needed.

"No, I would never-!"

Raditz slapped her with his tail. She yelped.

He pointed at her. "You tell me the damn truth. All of it. The other visitors you've had in the past, minus Kakarot. Where were they? You ate them didn't you?!"

She got off the bed, as did Raditz.

"They... they left after a while! I wouldn't-"

"Don't you deny it any longer! Your lips move and your eyes shake, Princess. I am highly experienced with interrogation... and liars," he growled.

She looked at him in shock and fear. 'H- how... he's so perceptive...!'

"I can feel it - You're scared. Which means I am proven right. You really are a snake. You'll... you'll pay for deceiving me-!"

"WAIT!" She screamed, holding her hands up. "J- just... I'll explain."

"Go right ahead... Give me one good reason why I shouldn't tear this place down where you stand, my dear," Raditz threatened.

"It's true, yes... I did intend - initially - to eat you when you arrived."

She didn't dare look at him.
