Chan sat alone on a bench in the quiet cemetery, surrounded by rows of gravestones and the sound of birds chirping in the distance. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, trying to calm his racing thoughts. It had been years since his best friend, Changbin, had taken his own life, but the pain and grief still lingered.

Chan and Changbin had been inseparable since they were kids. They were more than just friends, they were brothers. They shared everything - from their secrets and dreams to their struggles and fears. And the biggest struggle that Changbin faced was his anxiety.

It was a constant battle for him, the fear and worry always lurking in the back of his mind. Chan had witnessed firsthand the toll it took on his friend - the panic attacks, the sleepless nights, the constant need for reassurance. He had always been there for Changbin, trying to offer support and understanding. But despite his best efforts, he couldn't take away Changbin's anxiety.

And then there was Chan's own struggle with insomnia. He had always been a light sleeper, but as he grew older, it turned into a chronic condition. Nights were long and restless for him, and the lack of sleep only added to his worries and anxieties.

But through it all, Chan and Changbin had each other. They were a team, facing the struggles of life together. Until one day, everything changed.

It was a day like any other, until Chan received the devastating news that Changbin had taken his own life. He couldn't believe it. How could his best friend, his brother, be gone just like that? It felt like a nightmare, one that he couldn't wake up from.

As he sat there in the cemetery, Chan couldn't help but replay the events of that day in his mind. The shock, the agony, the guilt. He had missed the signs, he had failed to save his friend. And now he was left with a void that could never be filled.

Tears streamed down Chan's face as he opened his eyes and looked at the grave in front of him. It was a simple one, with Changbin's name and dates etched in stone. Chan reached into his pocket and pulled out a bunch of dahlias - Changbin's favorite flowers. He carefully placed them on the grave, whispering a silent apology for not being able to save his friend.

As he sat there, lost in his thoughts, Chan couldn't help but wonder what Changbin would say if he were here. Would he be proud of him? Would he be angry for not being able to save him? The questions swirled in his mind, but he knew he would never get the answers.

But then, he heard a voice. It was faint, but he could hear it clearly. It was Changbin's voice. He was talking to him, telling him that it wasn't his fault, that he was at peace now. Chan closed his eyes and listened, tears streaming down his face.

For a moment, it felt like Changbin was still here, by his side. And then, the voice faded away, leaving Chan alone in the cemetery once again. But this time, he felt a sense of closure. He knew that Changbin was finally at peace and that he would always be with him, in his memories and in his heart.

Chan stood up from the bench and wiped away his tears. He looked at the grave one last time before turning to leave. As he walked away, he knew that he would always miss his best friend, but he also knew that he had to keep living. For both of them.

From that day on, Chan made it a point to visit Changbin's grave regularly. He would bring dahlias every time, a symbol of their friendship and the love that would never die. And as he walked away, he knew that Changbin was watching over him, guiding him through the struggles of life.
