chapter 17~ the funeral

Lucys pov.

*one week later*

I woke up at 6 this morning ready for the coffin to arrive at 10. It is now here and me and Beth are in the back on the way to the church.

"Everything is going to be okay. Lucy, i promise"

"I know" i cry

Beths pov

I really hope joe can make it i rang him yesterday and told him everything he is on his way. He got on the flight late last night. So he should make it to the church before us.

Lucy had done a great job organising everything as the coffin is beautiful. Im sure her mum would be very proud.

As we pull up to the church Lucy takes a deep breath and someone opened the door.

Lucys pov.

We pulled into the church and i started feeling really upset. I took a deep breath and got ready to get out.

Then suddenly someone opened the door i looked at beth and she was smiling. I looked up and saw Joe!

"Joe! Omg thank you so much for coming."

"Its okay ill do anything for my girl" he says kissing me on the forehead.
"Come one lets go in"

Once the ceremony is over me, Beth and Joe head back to mine.

"So how did you now?"

"Beth rang me last night and told me everything i got on the next flight. Im so sorry for you loss Lucy" Joe says.

"Its okay. Heaven gained a beautiful angel."

Joes pov.

We were now back at Lucys after i surprised her at the church.

I have something to ask Lucy and now i am really nervous about it.

"Lucy. How do you feel about coming back to England with me?
