Chap 1 : First Time?

Fionna pov

While I was sleeping comfortably on my bed, an annoying sound rung into my ears and disturbed me while I was having an amazing Adventure in my sleep.

Alarm rings

I haven't heard that thing for a while since the last time I went to school and boy do I hate that sound I wish I could just kill it.

I was too lazy to turn it off and just ignored it until my neighbour, who was below me, shouted at me to turn it off.

I finally had enough energy to just sit on my bed with a face that looked worse than a monster's.

I got up, walked to my bathroom sink and splashed all the water onto my face. It really affected nothing though, my face still looked very groggy (Is that the word?)

I couldn't care less as I continued to carry on with my day by brushing my teeth, taking a shower, putting on my uniform, tying my hair up and got ready to school.

But, before I went to school, I fed my cat, named Cake.

Cake kinda had a similar personality like me, lazy, tired and we both don't give a damn about the world.

But..

I've always felt like Cake was no normal cat, and that she has powers! No one believes me though, because Cake just looks like an ordinary cat to everyone and it isn't their fault. I've probably gotten influenced by my superhero dreams that I keep on getting lately.

I'm glad that I didn't miss the bus on my first day of Highschool, because I have missed the bus multiple times during Middle school and it was not great, but I was already used to it.

It was my first day in Highschool and it was no different to Middle school and let's just say, nothing's new.

There were a bunch of grouped up kids in the hallway that made me unable to walk pass them and they were just more things to waste my time. Even a douchebag had almost made me trip while walking towards my locker.

Though, while walking there were many familiar faces that could be seen but I didn't even try to bother talking to them, but there were some that I actually enjoy talking to such as Marshall, Ellis P, Hunter, and Simon!

Sure enough Simon possibly couldn't be a student, so I had no idea why he was here. It must've been important since he came from the opposite side of the planet. It's like he's from another universe, and I find that awesome!

The first time I have met Simon was when I was sitting on a bench in the park near my apartment and when he stumbled across me, he said that I looked like the character that was in his book, she even had the same name as me!

Maybe I was meant to be a hero in another universe, that would've been sick! But no. I'm now here sitting on my chair, in my class stuck in this jail contemplating about my life.

While I fell asleep on my chair I woke up from the loud ringing from the bell, AGAIN. My ears might need an ear doctor after this.

I looked around my classroom, feeling dizzy and saw a glimpse of pink hair. I rubbed my eyes to check if I saw that correctly since there is no one in the school that had pink hair unless...

It was him.

(MUAHAHAHAHAHA CLIFFHANGER. And yes, it's gonna start with Fionna first bc why not. And the whole fic isn't only about Gumlee sadly 😔)
