After the war between the Quincy and shinigami ended I was going to 5th squad barracks to meet captain Shinji but Suddenly something pulled me down idk what that was it was like pitch black substance with eyes on them.

Hinamori momo left the squad to assist Shinji with his wounds , the war just ended a few days ago and they were getting treated by isane , hanataro and orihime. Momo was also good at healing that's why she helped the members sometimes. Aizen helped ichigo to defeat Yhwach but that doesn't means his sentence was reduced, he was sent back to muken prison as soon as the war was over.
