Since childhood that she remembered,  she was always sickly and her parents could not explain why. Most of the time, she got cold or flu first before anyone else.
Any food easily upset her stomach. There was no day that she was totally comfortable because of  upset stomach.  It affected her personality that she preferred to  just stay home after school or after work, or after church activities. How could she enjoy  mingling or socializing with friends or relatives when she could hardly smile or talk with her irritable symptoms.

She was born,  breastfed and well known for being a very healthy baby with full moon like face with double chin till she was in her toddler days. They used to tease or call her names if not bullied. She didn't mind them at all but because of all her health problems,  she got so skinny.

Several times, she was rushed to emergency for stomach problems,  skin rashes and choking-like allergic reactions to food?  She was discharged from emergency without any advice from the doctor. She assumed she had allergies. However, her  test results turned out negative. Hence, her doctor warned her to be careful in her diet  because it could be "classical" allergy or not seen in test results.

She had to take  benadryl whenever she had similar episodes with groggy or drowsy effects she couldn't stand or tolerate, especially when she had to work. She shifted to loratidine for several years but it still .

Her problems persisted til she got married and was diagnosed  with GERD. She was prescribed antacids like Pepcid and  other stronger medications which made her condition worse. She developed shortness of breath and was diagnosed with asthma  and later COPD. She spent so much for labs, medicine and doctors but to no avail because she still had the same medical issues.

After so many testings and treatment trials, she had to reassess herself on the root causes of all her health issues.  She was wondering why all her test results turned out all within normal and her  prescriptions made her worse.
She did some online research and tried to look medications that's not prescribed but may help her, that's over the counter.
